Research On The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In Wendeng Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed to vigorously implement the strategy of rural revitalization and achieve the development goal of "thriving agriculture,beautiful countryside and rich farmers." The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,develop rural characteristic industries,and broaden the channels for farmers to increase their income and get rich.In recent years,Wendeng District of Weihai City has vigorously responded to the call of the Party and the state,made continuous efforts in the fields of "agriculture,rural areas",accelerated the adjustment of agricultural production structure,developed leisure agriculture and characteristic agriculture,and gradually formed a group of representative and influential modern agricultural enterprises.It has built a comprehensive agricultural development pattern integrating characteristic breeding,ecological tourism,cultural tourism development and green organic industry.Rural leisure agriculture,as one of the main industries supported in the region,relies on favorable national and local policies to actively create advantageous conditions to achieve the rapid development of agricult-related fields in Wendeng District,and its strategic significance and practical value are further highlighted.This paper takes the development of leisure agriculture in Wendeng District of Weihai City under the background of rural revitalization strategy as the research object,and makes an in-depth study on the development of leisure agriculture in this area by using theoretical systems such as hierarchy theory and industry integration theory.At the same time,based on the data obtained from literature review and questionnaire survey,and relying on the internal interaction logic of rural revitalization,modern agriculture and leisure agriculture,the Bootstrap-DEA model was built with the help of data envelopment analysis,so as to calculate and evaluate the input and output indicators of 16 regions in this region.Some important values such as target efficiency,redundancy and return to scale efficiency are obtained.In addition,high/low clustering tools were introduced to analyze the development efficiency of leisure agriculture in 16 regions of Wendeng District.The results showed that the development efficiency of leisure agriculture in Wendeng District had obvious characteristics of high value agglomeration and low value agglomeration from the perspective of regional distribution.After investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the development of leisure agriculture in Wendeng District,such as unreasonable input-output ratio,polarized agglomeration areas,single product structure and slow integrated development,insufficient infrastructure investment and lack of high-quality supporting facilities.On this basis,the existing problems are analyzed in depth,and reasonable and feasible improvement suggestions are put forward: first,improve the ideological understanding and guide the participation of multiple subjects;second,improve the guarantee mechanism of leisure agriculture;third,strengthen the brand building and marketing publicity of leisure agriculture;fourth,improve the service management level of leisure agriculture and strengthen the training of related talents.
