| Leisure farm is a form of integration of leisure agriculture and rural tourism industry,which can promote the high quality development of agriculture,improve people’s consumption demand for a better life,and play an important role in realizing rural modernization.Quanjiao County is located in Chuzhou City,Anhui Province.It is a county mainly devoted to agricultural production.With the geographical advantage of convenient transportation,the rural tourism industry has been booming in recent years,driven by the economy of the Yangtze River Delta and Hefei and Nanjing metropolitan areas.With the planning and construction of Quanjiao County and Chuzhou Jianghuai Scenic Road,the industry development of leisure farms has been stimulated.Through government support for local farmers to start businesses and attract investment,the number of leisure farms has soared.Due to the rapid development,the lack of overall planning,resulting in different degrees of problems in the development of the farm,the lack of momentum.It is particularly urgent and necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the present situation of leisure farms in Quanjiao County and promote the sustainable development of farms.The regional economic development of Quanjiao County is unbalanced,some regional economy is relatively backward,and the cognition of the development of leisure agriculture in each region is also uneven,which leads to great regional differences in the location selection,construction scale and the quality of practitioners of leisure farms.Based on the theory of competitive advantage,the theory of industrial cluster and the theory of life cycle of tourist destination,this paper reviews the development history of leisure farms in Quanjiao County,and discusses the development environment and distribution characteristics of the structure of leisure farms.According to the research status,the leisure farms in Quanjiao County were sorted out.According to the farm scale,business scope,project type and so on,the leisure farms are generally divided into four types: catering farm entertainment,leisure sightseeing park,agricultural ecological park and holiday tourism park.By using the methods of literature analysis,field investigation and case analysis,this paper selects four types of typical cases of people’s farm,Senyuan Villa,Yuranuranic Ecological Park and Ronghong Modern agricultural Ecological Park,and conducts special research from three aspects of basic situation,experience enlightenment and problem analysis,and uses SWOT analysis method.The advantages of leisure farms in Quanjiao County in geographical location and natural environment,as well as the disadvantages of personnel quality and infrastructure are obtained,and then the opportunities for the development of national tourism demonstration county and the competitive threats brought by the similar environment in surrounding areas are analyzed.Finally,the problems existing in the development of leisure farms in Quanjiao County are summarized through the analysis of the problems.Put forward the specific promotion strategy to promote the sustainable development of leisure farm industry.This strategy can provide valuable reference for the development of leisure farms with similar areas. |
