With the rapid development of urbanization,the overall economic capacity of our society and people has greatly improved,and people’s lives have reached a basic well-off level.Compared with traditional agriculture,the development of modern agriculture pays more attention to the safety of agricultural products.People’s requirements for agricultural products are not only to solve food and clothing,but also to pursue healthy food.Health leads life and culture breeds brands.General Secretary Xi proposed the rural revitalization goal of "five developments",how to develop rural industries from conventional green production and rural tourism,how to give full play to the advantages of local ecology and resources,and start from the cultivation of healthy agriculture to enhance the development of local culture And the brand value of healthy agricultural services,building a multi-functional rural healthy agricultural economy,and creating an industrial model with regional characteristics that can be used for reference but cannot be copied are the first scientific issues that our party and government need to solve in achieving the grand goal of rural revitalization.This paper takes the Zhishan Cooperative in Jingqiao Town,Lishui District,Nanjing City as an example,analyzes the rural natural resources and ecological basis,summarizes the health value of the extraction of carbon-based selenium-enriched ecological agriculture technology,and discusses the cultivation of healthy agricultural products on the basis of resources and ecology.,Functional food processing and consumption,rural ecological leisure and technological and cultural services and other industrial integration forms and ways,from the concept and model of rural healthy agriculture to explore cooperative healthy agricultural culture and brand building,and guide the sustainable development of cooperative economic development and rural revitalization.The main results and understanding are as follows:1.Ecological health is the foundation of Zhishan’s local health and the natural condition for healthy agriculture.The landscape of Zhishan Village is complete and diverse,the soil is intact,the environment is clean,the ecosystem is rich in biodiversity,and the function is stable.It has laid a diversified agricultural foundation of "mountain,paddy field,forest,road,tea,fruit,rice,duck snail",and has great potential for the development of rural healthy agriculture;2.Regional selenium-enriched soil resources coupled with biological selenium-enriched carbon-based ecological agriculture technology,while efficiently and conveniently achieving selenium-enrichment in agricultural products,it also improves soil fertility and promotes soil health and promotes plant growth.The four effects of "high-quality" are synergistic,and the two-way increase of crop yield and nutritional quality meets the production of rural agricultural products,which is conducive to building a rural healthy agricultural industrial structure that integrates processing and consumption services of rural agricultural products base;3.On the basis of ecological health,one product from healthy planting,through the processing and consumption of functional foods,the value development of pastoral ecosystem service functions,and the integration of carbon-based ecological technology and culture,it is possible to create a rural healthy economy with one,two,three products.Chain industry;with ecological countryside as the carrier,highlighting the functional value of healthy production and health services,rural healthy agriculture has the functional value to meet the healthy life of the society,highlight the local cultural brand,and further enhance the vitality of the rural economy.Based on the case study of Zhishan Village and its Zhishan Cooperative,this article condensed and formed a local healthy agriculture model supported by carbon-based ecological agriculture and selenium-enriched health conditioning technology based on the team’s scientific and cultural construction practices in the base,and explored the local area.The unique regional cultural brand building approach of healthy agriculture provides scientific understanding for the development of rural agricultural industry and rural revitalization;and through the practice of regional characteristic industrial services in rural areas,it proposes scientific and technological social services combining rural agricultural resources,ecological environment,technology and culture The new connotation and model mechanism provide a reference for the discipline construction of colleges and universities and the service of rural revitalization. |
