Research On The Effectiveness Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Digital Rural Village Construction In Zichuan District

Building a digital village in an all-round way,boosting the overall revitalization of the countryside,and comprehensively realizing strong agriculture,beautiful countryside and rich farmers are the new solutions to the "three rural" issues put forward by the Chinese government in the context of the new era.In order to further clarify the effectiveness of China’s digital village construction and better promote the development of digital village construction,this paper selects the digital village construction in Zichuan District as an example for discussion.In the study,the literature analysis method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method are used as the main methods to explore the specific effectiveness and shortcomings of digital village construction in Zichuan District,and put forward corresponding improvement schemes,with a view to clarifying the effectiveness of digital rural construction in Zichuan District,we can achieve the goal of assisting in the construction of digital rural areas in Zichuan District.This paper carries out research under the guidance of digital village theory,Rural Revitalization theory and government function theory.After analyzing the supporting conditions of natural resources and social environment of digital village construction in Zichuan District,it clarifies the basic status and path of digital village construction in Zichuan District.Through further in-depth research,it is concluded that: firstly,through the analysis of FAHP evaluation model,the qualitative evaluation result of Zichuan digital village construction effect is "general",and the quantitative evaluation result is 76.02 points.Although the project implementation has achieved certain comprehensive results,the comprehensive results are not high,and there is still a certain gap with the expected results of Zichuan digital village construction.Secondly,the main problems of digital village construction in Zichuan District include:insufficient government investment,low enterprise participation enthusiasm,and insufficient digital skills of rural residents;The main reasons for the above problems are that the objective ability and subjective will of government investment are insufficient,the return on investment of enterprises is low,and the digital concept of rural residents is missing.Thirdly,in view of the shortcomings of digital village construction in Zichuan District,in order to further improve the construction results,it is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive support at the government level,guide enterprises to actively participate in the digital construction,and strengthen the training of digital concepts and skills of rural residents.This research has achieved certain innovation in the evaluation content,evaluation methods,and technical routes of digital rural construction,making the research results more consistent with the actual situation.At the same time,this article selects the specific perspective of digital rural construction in the research,systematically analyzes the effectiveness and countermeasures of digital rural construction for specific objects,thereby playing a further enriching role in the theoretical level related to agricultural and rural informatization construction.At the same time,it proposes an improvement plan to promote the construction of digital villages in Zichuan District,thereby promoting the development of digital villages in Zichuan District and providing reference value for the construction of digital villages in other regions.
