| With the rapid development of high technologies such as Internet and Internet of Things,digital transformation has become the inevitable trend of our economic and social development,and one of our important strategies.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee clearly proposed to "establish and improve the use of the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and other technological methods for administrative management system rules",accelerate the construction of digital government,is a top priority for governments at all levels.At present,China’s rural population accounts for about 17 percent of the world’s rural population.China has lifted 770 million people out of poverty,according to the World Bank.Over the same period,China accounted for more than 70 percent of the global poor.China has lifted hundreds of millions of its people out of poverty and made great contribution to world stability.At present,under the background of China’s booming digital economy,rural digitization has become one of the main means of China’s rural economic transformation and modernization.At the same time,as one of the fastest growing economies,China has invested in many countries,eventually incorporating it into China-central development plans through projects such as the Belt and Road Initiative and the MSRI.Countries invested by the Chinese government can learn from China’s development experience and realize their own development.Therefore,the strategy and situation of China’s economic development are of great significance in the world.Therefore,it is necessary to achieve high-quality rural development in China.In recent years,digitization has become an important index to measure the degree of urban development,and digital literacy has become an indicator to measure the contribution of the masses to the digitization of the city.Digital countryside refers to a mode that digitizes rural production,management and life based on digital economy and takes modern information network as the carrier.It is the result of networking,information and digitization in the process of agricultural and rural development.Its construction and development are accompanied by the profound adjustment and reconstruction of rural economic and social structure and production relations,which can solve the problems of poor information exchange,low productivity,industrial imbalance and insufficient innovation ability in the high-quality development of rural economy.Therefore,with digital literacy as the variable,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural digital construction in G City,finds out the important factors affecting the level of digital literacy of residents in G City,and discusses the feasible path to improve the digital literacy of rural residents.The author selectively designed a questionnaire to analyze the factors that affect the digital literacy level of rural residents.The analysis results show that the factors that affect the digital literacy level of rural residents mainly include education level and government guidance.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of rural digital construction in G City,it is found that the practical reasons affecting the digital literacy of rural residents are as follows:(1)lack of environment for the improvement and development of digital literacy;(2)Rural residents lack the training and learning of digital literacy;(3)The local digital literacy education system has not been perfected.In view of these problems,this paper proposes some corresponding countermeasures on how to improve the digital literacy education and training system of rural residents and promote the harmonious and orderly development of various fields of digital countryside:(1)improve the demand of rural residents for digital information and stimulate the internal power;(2)Strengthen government coordination to bridge the digital divide of rural residents;(3)Adhere to the "building to promote use",improve the level of digital technology cognition of rural residents;(4)Formulate "promoting learning through teaching" to cultivate rural residents’ digital application ability;(5)Strictly "promote cleanliness through management" and strengthen the digital security awareness of rural residents.These measures can provide some useful references for the development of digital countryside and the optimization of policy system in the new era. |
