Study On The Development Of Modern Agricultural Industrial Parks

As a new agricultural economic production mode,modern agricultural industrial park is conducive to improving agricultural productivity and production efficiency,and helping to revitalize agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Since its construction,remarkable achievements have been made in economic benefits and scale,but at the same time,there are many problems,such as the insignificant benefits of the park,the strong limiting factors of cultivated land,the urgent need to improve the integration level of the three industries,the planning level of the park to be improved,and the composition of business entities to be improved.How to solve the problems in the development process is the most urgent need of managers.Therefore,this paper focuses on Weihai City,discusses the development status,difficulties,existing problems and their causes of Weihai Modern Agricultural Industrial Park,and puts forward corresponding targeted countermeasures.A questionnaire survey with 48 items in 7 dimensions was conducted among the leaders of industrial parks,employees,farmers,consumers and government managers.And the questionnaire was tested,the reliability of all dimensions are better,the standardized Clonbach coefficient is 0.945,indicating that the overall reliability of the questionnaire is very high,KM0 test coefficient is 0.919,indicating that the validity of the questionnaire is better.Multivariate linear regression analysis is carried out on the questionnaire survey data,This paper analyzes the influence of material basis,source power,industrial network,competitiveness,support,collective efficiency and endogenous development power on the construction and operation status.It is concluded that the factors influencing the comprehensive development of modern agricultural industrial park in Weihai are material basis,source power,competitiveness,support,collective efficiency and endogenous development power,among which material basis,collective efficiency and source power have great influence on it.Applying the theory of industrial cluster growth based on diamond model,this paper further analyzes the role of material basis,source power,competitiveness,support and market opportunity in the development of Weihai Agricultural Industrial Park.Combined with three typical examples: provincial modern agricultural industrial park in Huancui District,Likoushan modern agricultural industrial park in Huancui District and provincial modern agricultural industrial park in American ginseng in Wendeng District,This paper analyzes the influence of the application mechanism of the development mode of modern agricultural industrial park on economic,social and ecological benefits,and obtains the more suitable development mode and operation mechanism of modern agricultural industrial park with different scales and characteristics through the influence of various dimensions and index elements.Based on the above analysis and research,this paper analyzes the existing problems of Weihai Modern Agricultural Industrial Park by applying the industrial cluster growth theory based on DIA model,the collective efficiency theory based on collective efficiency model and the regional endogenous development theory based on regional endogenous growth model.There are mainly some problems,such as shortcomings of advanced production factors,low degree of market demand mining,further expansion and extension of industrial chain,low degree of modern management,weak brand effect,inadequate implementation of policies,low collective efficiency and insufficient endogenous development momentum.In view of the existing specific problems,this paper puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions,mainly including drawing lessons from the advanced experience of modern agricultural industrial parks at home and abroad;Complement the advanced production factors and consolidate the material foundation;Excavate market demand and provide a new engine of source power;Extend and expand the industrial chain and improve the industrial network system;Emphasize the management of strong brands and enhance the core competitiveness;Strict planning and implementation,deepening policy support;Strengthen the diversification and systematization of participants and improve collective efficiency;Improve the linkage mechanism between government,enterprises and agriculture,and strengthen the endogenous development momentum in the region.For the government to improve the relevant policies of modern agricultural industrial parks,improve the implementation effect and rationally plan the construction of parks,Increase financial support,lower the threshold for ordinary farmers to participate in park construction and enjoy development dividends,help enterprises to connect with financing institutions and scientific research platforms,do a good job in market publicity,increase consumer demand,and enhance government support as much as possible.For enterprise operators,attention should be paid to widening capital sources,introducing high-quality agricultural science and technology talents,and improving the level of agricultural science and technology extension.We should pay attention to cooperation with inter-industry enterprises,and strive to improve the competitive advantages of agricultural products in quality,ecology,brand,operation and talents.
