The concept of family farm was put forward for the first time in the 2013 Central No.1 Document, and as one of the three kinds of new production and management entities, the family farm, specialized households and farmers' cooperatives become the focus of increasing agricultural investment and subsidies and promoting the inflow of land circulation;2016 Central No.1 Document propose to develop the family farm vigorously, guide the transfer of land management rights orderly, and respect the wishes of farmers.According to the definition of the Ministry of Agriculture, the family farm, refers to a new kind of production and management entities, which the family members who are the main labor force are engaged in agricultural scale, intensive, and commercial production operations, and gain agricultural income as the main source of income in the family. The development of family farm is an important measure to innovate agricultural organization and promote the modernization of agriculture. It is also a challenging task, which makes the development of family farm more dynamic. The development of family farm can not be separated from the transfer of agricultural land, while the most difficult problem is the transfer of agricultural land at present.China's land system and the basic operating system in rural areas determines that the farmers are the owners of the right to use the land, therefore, the land of farmers is the only source of new agricultural business entities to obtain land. With the support of governments, the rapid promotion of the current family farm will have a certain influence on the land transfer and farmers' willingness to participate in the transfer of rural land.In this paper, with the background of family farm's propulsion,we study the connotation and related theory of farmers' participation in land transfer based on the random sampling survey data of Jiangxi city in Xinyu Province, and established Logistic regression model to analysis the willingness of farmers to participate in agricultural land circulation, considering the family farm characteristic, and we study the behavior of farmers and the related influencing factors for qualitative analysis, and have research on the development of family farms whether can promote the farmers' participation in rural land circulation, therefore,we can provide a theoretical basis and policy recommendations in promoting the development of family farms and the transfer of rural land orderly.Through the research and analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In the sample area, the proportion of farmers who have the willingness totransfer out the rural land is 43.02%,while the transfer in the rural land is about49.43%.Generally speaking, farmers' willingness to transfer in farmland is higher than that transferring out.(2)We use Stata software to estimate by using binary Logistic regression model, the factors including whether there is a family farm in the village, the number of family farm in the village and the special economic subsidies have greater impacts on the agricultural land transfer willingness;farmers' sex,non-agricultural income ratio, the pieces of land and the average yield of farmland have some effects on farmers' willingness to transfer out of rural land, while the farmer's age,non-agricultural income ratio, the level of education and the average yield of farmland have influences on willingness of transferring in farmland.(3)The transfer of farmers' willingness of farmland has strong guidance and influence to their actual behavior. The stronger the willingness of farmers to transfer land, the easier the transfer behavior happen, but there are still some farmers don't transfer land though they have the willingness to transfer.
