As a new type of agricultural management subject, family farm is an important organizational form of agricultural micro-operation in China. It not only retains the operating advantages of farmers but also overcomes the disadvantages of small-scale farmer management, that is,it continues the characteristics of agricultural production with the family as the basic business unit, and can flexibly adjust the scale of operation according to the actual situation,so it is an important way to alleviate the contradiction between the detailed operation of traditional farmers in China and the large-scale and intensive operation of modern agriculture, and is more suitable for China’s agricultural management subject.Land circulation is the premise of the scale operation of family farms,in the context of China’s "separation of powers",farmers are still the contractors of small plots of land, which also leads to the family farm in the transfer of land, need to reach agreement with a large number of farmers on the contract, but due to the inconsistency between the demands of family farms and farmers, when transferring land, the form of contract, contract period and other reasons can not reach agreement with the will of farmers, resulting in family farms flowing into land difficulties and fragmented scale operations.Hubei Province is an important grain production base in central China and a typical agricultural province in China,so this paper selects family farms in Hubei Province as the research object, takes contract stability as the starting point, collects data through questionnaire survey, and uses stata software for data processing and empirical analysis, and studies the impact of contract stability on the difficulty of family farms transferring to land. This paper consists of five chapters: the first is an introduction. The background, purpose and significance of the topic selection were mainly expounded. It also summarizes and reviews the theoretical and practical research in related fields at home and abroad.Sorted out the technical route;Innovations in research and possible deficiencies are presented. The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical research, which mainly explains the core issues and definitions of the research in this paper, and introduces the corresponding theories. The third chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of land circulation of family farms in Hubei Province, mainly based on the statistical data and research data of rural cooperative economy, and statistically describes the current land circulation in Hubei Province, and analyzes and summarizes its development status and existing problems. The fourth chapter is to use the survey data and the binary logistic model to empirically analyze the influence of contract stability on land transfer on family farms, and analyze the heterogeneity of family farms of different scales. The fifth section is conclusions and recommendations. From the above analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)It is still difficult to transfer family farm land today;(2)verbal deeds facilitate the transfer of family farms to land;(3)The longer the circulation period, the less conducive to the transfer of family farms to land;(4)The circulation period also affects the transfer of large-scale family farms to land.Based on the above conclusions, the suggestions made in this paper are: Respect the local customs of rural society, and enhance legal awareness and contract spirit;Establish a sound benefit sharing mechanism to enhance the willingness to renew contracts with dynamic rents;Promote moderate-scale operations and promote the small but precise development of family farms;Promote the unified consolidation of land and promote the transfer of family farms to land.
