Research On Optimization Of Calculation Method Of Rural Residential Land Consolidation Potential Based On Farmers’ Will

The consolidation of rural settlements is scientific and serious,which is related to the optimization of rural layout and structure,the improvement of rural ecological environment and other aspects.Therefore,it must be carried out reasonably and effectively on the basis of scientific calculation of the actual potential of rural settlements consolidation.Moreover,because the work involves the vital interests of farmers,it is necessary to combine the consolidation of rural residential areas with the protection of farmers’ land rights and interests on the basis of widely soliciting farmers’ wishes,so as to avoid a series of negative social effects caused by "living together in villages" in places such as Shandong.Based on the survey of farmers’ willingness,it is of great significance to scientifically carry out the Optimization Research on the calculation method of rural residential land consolidation potential.Under the background of rural revitalization,this paper puts forward a scientific and systematic method system to measure the potential of rural residential land consolidation from the perspective of farmers’ wishes,which provides effective support for the planning and implementation of rural residential land consolidation.The conclusions are as follows(1)A systematic calculation method based on natural conditions and economic feasibility is proposed to calculate the real potential of rural residential land consolidation.From the perspective of natural conditions and economic feasibility,this paper puts forward an evaluation system of the real potential of rural residential land consolidation,which includes three natural condition indexes: rural residential land aggregation degree,average slope of rural residential land,topographic relief degree,and three economic feasibility indexes: per capita GDP,available fiscal revenue,and the proportion of primary industry income The re determination method and index value determination method provide effective support for the scientific calculation of the theoretical potential of rural residential land consolidation.(2)This paper puts forward a systematic survey method of farmers’ willingness in the calculation of rural residential land consolidation potential,and forms a systematic calculation method system of rural residential land consolidation potential based on Farmers’ willingness.Based on PSR theory,this paper systematically analyzes the structure of farmers’ willingness in rural residential land consolidation,designs a scientific and operable questionnaire of farmers’ willingness in the calculation of rural residential land consolidation potential,and puts forward a systematic survey implementation and result analysis method.On this basis,this paper constructs the method system of rural residential land consolidation potential calculation based on Farmers’ will.
