Spatial And Temporal Differentiation Of Rural Industrial Integration Effect And Its Influencing Factors

The strategy of rural revitalization has been put forward at the 19 th National Congress,which has clarified the direction for China’s rural development.Agricultural development is the basis of rural industry flourishing development,and the integrated development of rural industry is an effective way to realize "industrial flourishing" and "rich life" of rural residents.By analyzing the effect of rural industry integration in Fujian Province,the spatio-temporal differentiation law and its influencing factors,it has important reference for improving the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Fujian Province and promoting agricultural modernization and rural revitalization according to local conditions.Following the idea of "fusion foundation analysis-fusion effect evaluation-testing of influencing factors-optimization and improvement suggestions",this study sorted out and analyzed the relevant data of Fujian Province from 2011 to 2020,and carried out a systematic study on the rural industry integration of Fujian Province: First,the research background is expounded,the research questions and directions of this research are put forward,and the purpose,significance,methods,research framework and technical route are explained,providing basic ideas for the subsequent exploration of rural industry integration in Fujian Province.Second,collect domestic and foreign literature on rural industry convergence,analyze the concept,impact factors and effects of rural industry convergence,and comprehensively analyze the results and shortcomings of existing research.On this basis,propose the research direction to be explored in this study.Thirdly,the evaluation index system of rural industry convergence in Fujian Province is constructed to measure the development trend of rural industry convergence in Fujian province,reveal the spatio-temporal differentiation law of rural industry convergence in Fujian province,and diagnose the obstacle factors of the effect of rural industry convergence in Fujian province by using the obstacle factor diagnosis model.Fourthly,the panel data model is used to verify the key factors affecting the effect of rural industry integration in Fujian province,and fs QCA is used to explore the configuration research of factors affecting the high effect of rural industry integration in Fujian Province,and clarify the key points to improve the effect of rural industry integration.Fifth,through the analysis of typical cases of rural industry integration in Fujian--excellent characteristic town and pastoral complex,and combined with the spatio-temporal differentiation,obstacle factors,key factors and condition configuration of the effect of rural industry integration in Fujian province,the author proposed the high-quality improvement path of rural industry integration effect of "adapting to the time" and "adapting to local conditions".It provides scientific reference and practical reference for the practice of rural industry integration.Through the above research,this study finds that: first,the overall level and subsystem level of the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural Fujian Province have been improved year by year,and the improvement trend shows a relatively balanced state.The integration of rural industries in Fujian province has gradually risen from the initial stage to the stage of good integration.Second,the main obstacles to the effect of rural industry integration in Fujian Province include the extension of rural industrial chain.Thirdly,the effect of rural industry integration in Fujian Province is affected by multiple factors.Among them,market demand,financial service,basic cost,ecological environment and technical support are all positively correlated to the integration level of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural Fujian Province.Different regions can enhance the effect of rural industrial integration from different aspects such as "market demand","financial service","basic cost" and "technical support" according to their own advantages and characteristics.Finally,based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward the following points:(1)Integration of effect optimization and quality improvement strategies to expand agricultural versatility and develop agricultural services;(2)Integrate the precise obstacle removal strategy,increase the agricultural industry research and development and improve the proportion of agricultural personnel;(3)Efficient use of driving factors,tracking market demand,strengthening financial services,reducing basic costs,increasing technical support and other "according to the conditions" and "according to local conditions" integration of the upgrading path.This study has certain theoretical contribution and practical value.On the one hand,a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the effect system of the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Fujian Province is carried out along the lines of "whole-region-individual" to reveal the overall characteristics,regional characteristics,individual characteristics and main obstacle factors of the effect of the integration of rural industries in Fujian Province.To some extent,this is a further deepening of the existing research on rural industry integration.Help to enrich the theoretical research of rural industry integration development;On the other hand,based on panel data model and fs QCA method,the key factors and conditional configuration affecting the effect of rural industry integration were proposed,and then targeted proposals were put forward to improve the effect of rural industry integration,such as "optimization and quality strategy of fusion effect,precise removal strategy of fusion barriers,and efficient utilization strategy of driving factors",so as to solve the pain points in the process of rural industry integration development in Fujian Province.This helps to expand and deepen the practice path of rural industrial integration and development,and has important reference significance for promoting rural industrial integration and rural revitalization.
