Research On Integrated Development Of Rural Three Industries Under The Background Of Digital Agriculture Construction In Jilin Province

As a major province of agricultural production in China,Jilin province gradually appears in the process of agricultural development problems such as excessive resource consumption,imbalanced distribution of productive forces and structural imbalance of supply and demand of agricultural products.The rising prices of production factors and the constraints of resources and environment urgently require the optimization of agricultural structure and the search for new development opportunities.With the continuous exploration of the law of rural economic development,the integration of rural three industries has been proved to be a new way to develop agricultural economy,promote farmers' income,drive farmers to start businesses,enhance rural vitality and realize rural revitalization.However,there are still some problems in the integrated development of rural tertiary industry,such as weak interest linkage mechanism,unreasonable distribution mode,lack of funds and talents,insufficient cultivation of common technical foundation,and incomplete cognition of the concept of the integrated development of rural tertiary industry.Digital agriculture,as a new mode of agricultural production,introduces digital technology as a new factor of production,which has cultivated a common technical foundation for various industries in the process of infiltration of agricultural prenatal and postnatal fields,and has a positive impact on the development of rural three industries integration.On the basis of the existing literature,taking Jilin Province as the object,this paper explores the influence mechanism of digital agriculture on the integrated development of rural three industries.Fusion based on digital agriculture development in Jilin province and the rural tertiary industry development present situation and problem analysis,from the macroscopic conditions,digital development and the development of farmers' have been influenced under the background of digital agriculture development of several aspects the influence factors of rural tertiary industry integration development,build a list of factors affecting recognition,using expert scoring method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)of Jilin province under the background of construction of digital agriculture rural tertiary industry to evaluate fusion influence factors.The results showed that management and technology are the biggest influence factors,followed by digital agriculture development factors,multiple forms of agricultural development factors,farmers' employment and income level and agricultural industrial chain extension factors.Jilin province is based on the agricultural development of tertiary industry fusion under the digital agriculture development.Jilin province should pay special attention to digital information management and technology innovation,development and service,the construction of Internet of things of agriculture and agricultural big data platform,for the agricultural industry structure optimization,the tertiary industry effective fusion,technical support to reduce urban-rural gap.In the meantime,Jilin province should further deepen the deep processing of agricultural products,do a good job in controlling the source of agricultural products production,gradually value agricultural ecological resources,provide more business opportunities for farmers and comprehensively improve the level of agricultural modernization.
