Research On The Development Of Ecological Agriculture And Circular Agriculture Based On The Concept Of Low-carbon Economy

With the increasing seriousness of climate and environment, the coordinated development of the environment, economy and society has gradually become the world’s priority. Glacier melting, sea level rise, geological disasters and the pernicious effects of the environment changes all constantly warn us that the environment protection is urgent. In this background, to merge the ecological environment and the economic development has been the same task of human, and the idea of low carbon economy arises at the historic moment. Low carbon economy is the result of strong climate change, and it emphasizes energy security, greenhouse gas reduction through the efficient use of energy and resources. It improves carbon productivity so as to change the present situation of the climate and realize the mutually benefit and win-win result of ecological protection and economic progress. Eco-agriculture and circular agriculture initiate the effective use and clean production of biological energy; correspond to the concept of low carbon economy. They are one of the important forms and characteristics of agricultural modernization, and their development has very important significance for promoting the progress of agricultural economy.Chinese officially listed the development of the Yellow River delta efficient ecological economic in the "tenth five-year" program outline in 2000, and since then the ecological agriculture and circular agriculture in this region have entered a new stage of development, and have made certain achievements in various aspects of its development. However, from its integrated situation, the ecological agriculture and circular agriculture in Yellow River delta still exist some of problems, such as the lack of technology innovation, the indifference of environmental protection and the faultiness of industrial structure. Consequently, this paper will combine eco-agriculture and circular agriculture to look for the developing countermeasures of Yellow River delta from the new perspective of low carbon economy.Firstly, this paper summarizes the theme’s background, significance, content and methods, and on this basis, it comments on the related research situation of ecological agriculture and circular agriculture at home and abroad. Secondly, the paper interprets the development idea of low carbon economy, the new demand of low carbon economy, the relevant theories of ecological agriculture and circular agriculture and the consistency of ecological agriculture, circular agriculture and low-carbon agricultural development, and lays the theoretical basis of ecological agriculture and circular agriculture under the guidance of low carbon economy in the Yellow River delta. Thirdly, this paper conducts an empirical research in which the ecological agriculture and circular agriculture of Yellow River delta are studied in the concept of low carbon economy, analyses a series of problems appeared in the process of agricultural development about the ecological agriculture and circular agriculture, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in view of the problems. Finally, this paper sums up the research, gets some basic conclusions and relevant outlook, etc.
