The insurance industry is an important part of modern social and economic development,and also occupies a pivotal position in the entire financial industry,while insurance salesmen are important figures in the development and operation of the entire insurance industry.At present,the research on the insurance salesman group mainly focuses on the external aspects such as material incentives and economic incentives,while the research on the internal aspects of psychological contracts is relatively few or not deep enough.Therefore,the introduction of psychological contract theory into incentive research under the title of "Research on the incentive mechanism of insurance salesmen of Company D based on psychological contract" has important theoretical value and practical significance for improving the job satisfaction and enthusiasm of insurance salesmen,improving the level of performance,and improving the level of human resource management in the insurance industry.This thesis first summarizes the current situation inside and outside the research from two aspects: psychological contract incentive and insurance salesperson incentive,summarizes the results of conventional research,comments on the defects of previous research,finds the entrance to the thesis,and then clarifies the theoretical basis of the thesis,including psychological contract,incentive mechanism,etc.Secondly,according to the psychological contract structure of insurance salesmen,this thesis analyzes the education background,length of service and marriage of insurance salesmen.Thirdly,the questionnaire was based on the psychological contract,job satisfaction,work enthusiasm and other issues at home and abroad,as well as the actual situation of Company D after many communications with sales personnel.Finally,it analyzes the defects of the current incentive mechanism of D Company and forward optimization.This thesis is mainly based on the research methods of literature analysis,interview and questionnaire survey.Taking Company D as an example,it theoretically analyzes the conclusion that the incentive mechanism of insurance salesmen based on psychological contracts has a greater impact on the development of salesmen’s performance.At the same time,it the incentive mechanism of insurance salesmen under psychological contracts for the management of insurance salesmen,incentive schemes and personal and team growth,The corresponding countermeasures are put forward,a good reference and provide good suggestions for the operation and management of the insurance industry. |
