Research On The Development Strategy Of Guizhou Niulaixiang Industrial Co., Ltd

In recent years,Animal husbandry has been a key factor in industrial success and rural revival,and the state is intensifying their support efforts,including beef farming as one of the most rapidly increasing industries in the nation.This sector has great potential for growth.The competitive environment in the beef food industry is becoming increasingly intense,thus necessitating a strategy of growth to bolster competitiveness and hasten the sustainable,beneficial development of the business.In this paper,Guizhou Niulaixiang Industrial Co.,Ltd.as an example,which were based on the theory of strategic management and transaction cost theory,analysed with the method of case analysis.The problems existing in the development situation are studied,such as a dearth of distinct strategic aims,an outdated marketing approach,an absence of core technical ability and other problems.With the help of SWOT analysis method and QSPM matrix,it has formulated the growth strategy as the main direction of the company’s development strategy.According to the actual situation of the company and the industry,the vertical integration strategy is chosen as the overall development strategy of the company,and then the implementation approach is proposed from three aspects to ensure effective implementation.Six aspects were then used to plan the guarantee measures of the development strategy.Finally,this paper summarizes the research topic and offers the company’s prospects.Through this study,Guizhou Niulaixiang Industrial Co.,Ltd.should give full play to its advantages and grasp opportunities,so as to surpass industrial competition,develop market potential.Finally,the overall strategic framework of the development mode of the whole industrial chain is constructed,thus can help Guizhou Niulaixiang Industrial Co.,Ltd.to build sustainable leading product competitiveness.
