Agriculture,as the basic industry of the country,will deploy and plan the national agriculture every year No.1 central document.Xinjiang supports and urges agricultural enterprises to develop high-quality agriculture,expand business and carry out industrial development on the basis of environmental protection.In recent years,the Construction Corps has developed characteristic forest and fruit industry on the basis of stabilizing cotton and grain production.However,due to its relatively weak management strength and other problems of low vertical integration,it lacks competitiveness.Jutianhong Fruit Industry Co.,Ltd.is a state-owned leading enterprise in Alar City.After 7 years of exploration,the company has developed fruit trading market,cold chain storage logistics,planting base,sales branch,processing plant,agricultural products e-commerce,physical sales stores and other industries.In recent years,with the change of trading methods such as jujube futures,the transparency of prices and the expansion of sales channels,the company's scale has grown rapidly and its business performance has continued to improve.But relatively speaking,the profit is not high,the industrial chain is not perfect,the linkage effect is weak,and the bottleneck problem is faced in the process of operation and development.Therefore,it is imperative to formulate and implement the vertical integration development strategy,deepen and perfect the industrial value chain,and accelerate the industrial transformation and upgrading.From the perspective of strategic management,this paper uses literature analysis,investigation and research methods to analyze.First of all,the development situation and external strategic situation of jutianhong Fruit Company are analyzed,which shows that jutianhong fruit company should re formulate its development strategy.Secondly,space matrix model is used to analyze the internal and external development advantages of enterprises,and then determine the strategic development direction of enterprises.Then,according to the company's business situation,strategic situation and internal and external development advantages,the vertical integration development strategy is proposed,and the strategic plan is designed according to the concept of vertical integration.Finally,from the technology,talent,management,risk and other aspects of the implementation of the strategy to provide safeguards.The purpose of this paper is to enrich the connotation of the vertical integration strategy based on the theoretical basis of agricultural economics;to further improve and formulate the appropriate vertical integration development strategy,so as to provide assistance for jutianhong fruit company to improve the value chain of jujube industry and enhance the ability of resource integration,as well as to provide certain theoretical guidance for the development of similar enterprises in tuanchang company.
