With the development of The Times and the progress of society,people’s living standards have been improved,more and more attention to the spiritual life,high quality of life mode,so that more and more people pay attention to the comfort of travel,not limited to the economic,affordable travel mode above.The convenience and efficiency of air travel are favored by many tourists.Civil aviation once became the first choice for people to travel,and the passenger flow of large domestic airports increased rapidly.The passenger throughput of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport ranks the top in China.Before the epidemic,the annual throughput showed an obvious upward trend.With the increase of passenger flow,Jiangbei International Airport business is facing new opportunities,but also higher challenges.In order to achieve better development,airport business should constantly innovate business model,change business philosophy,adapt to market development,improve non-aviation revenue,enhance airport commercial competitiveness,and thus increase the overall revenue of the airport.As the largest agricultural products sales company in Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport,M Company’s business level and service quality will directly affect the economic income of Jiangbei International Airport.In this thesis,the author takes M company as the research object,analyzes its existing business model,starts from the marketing environment,and focuses on specific problems through PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method.Put forward targeted marketing optimization strategy,clearly pointed out that the company in the airport business varieties of single,high price,narrow marketing channels,marketing methods lack of scientific marketing planning.On the basis of using 4P marketing theory and combining theory with practice,the paper derived that M company needs to improve and perfect in product and product packaging design,price formulation,marketing methods,marketing channels and other aspects,so as to enhance M company’s marketing strategy in an all-round way.Finally,in terms of the guarantee of M company’s marketing strategy implementation,the paper also puts forward the guarantee measures from the organizational structure,process,system,talent and other aspects,so that the research of M company’s marketing strategy optimization can be effectively implemented,so as to create profits for M company and improve its commercial competitiveness in Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport. |
