As Guangdong modern industrial system, Guangfo city and the Pearl River Delta economic integration is ongoing,it needs new economic growth mode urgently. Airport economy, for promoting regional economy, is a new mode which can improve region economy. Its tremendous drive to the economy of airport's surrounding areas is getting more and more concentrated. As Guangzhou Baiyun airport is the third-largest hub airport of China, the airport economy is key backbone of economic mode changing in Guangzhou and Guangdong. However, the gap of airport economy development between Guangzhou Baiyun airport , and Hongkong airport as well as Beijing airport is still huge. Guangzhou's airport economy is still at its primary stage and can not play as a growth pole in economic growth. After FedEx's Asia-Pacific hub in Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport was put into use, the airport economic planning in Guangzhou seems more and more important.Based on analyzing research reports and practical experiment of the development of airport economy and airport logistics at home and abroad, this paper analyzes interactive relations between airport logistics and airport economy. Airport Logistics Value is analyzed combining value chain and Time-based competition value chain theory, also products adapt to Airport Logistics. Then analysis is refer to airport economic forming ,its motive force of the development ,developmental stage and internal structure. The current situation of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport economiy is analyzed. The space and direction of economic development of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport is explored. The economic mode of Guangzhou airport economy is proposed as "Airport - Airport Logistics Park - High-tech industrial Park" trinity economic model, including its conceptual model, functional model, the mode of operation. Based on the analysis of airport logistics development mode and the high value-added manufacturing industries of the "Trinity" economic model , this paper proposed that integrated multimodal logistics models and prior high value-added manufacturing industries which are suitable to develop in Guangzhou airport economic zone. With the theory of System Dynamic and Anylogic simulation software, this paper analyzes qualitatively and quantitatively the impact of the airport economic and logistics to region economic and logistics development in Guangzhou. It forecasts economic and airport logistics development in Guangzhou through building simulation model in Anylogic software. It finds out that Guangzhou GDP will reach 4.479762 trillion yuan driven by Airport Economy in 2030, logistics demand will reach 3,731.04 million tons, Baiyun Airport Air cargo will reach about 6 million tons. This paper proposes interactive development strategies between airport economic and airport logistics by policy simulation, so as to provide suggestions about developing airport economy and airport logistics to the relevant government departments.
