| As a sunrise industry in China’s modern cities,property management is receiving increasing attention.In the current new era,as material life continues to enrich,people’s pursuit of a better quality of life continues to improve,and the requirements for property services,which are directly related to people’s living conditions,also follow.In this context,how to further improve the service quality and level of property service enterprises to meet the increasingly rich needs of owners,and how to move towards socialization,specialization,and marketization in the fierce market competition,has become the primary issue that property service enterprises need to address.As a management tool that has been widely used worldwide,performance management has different application methods in different enterprises.Currently,key performance indicators(KPIs),balanced scorecard(BSC),and management by objectives(MBO)are commonly used management methods in many of the world’s top 100 enterprises.However,JB Property Company has a very shallow understanding of performance management,and does not attach enough importance to the concept of performance management,resulting in various problems in the actual implementation process of performance management,such as certain problems in indicator design,assessment methods,performance feedback,and application.In order to better help JB Property Company solve the problems in performance management,this article starts with redesigning performance appraisal indicators,systematically combing relevant literature,combining the actual situation of JB Property Company,and comprehensively using BSC,KPI,and 360 degree appraisal methods,striving to build a more scientific appraisal index system for JB Property Company. |
