| As an important part of modern economic industry,high-tech enterprises have become increasingly competitive in the market in recent years.In order to reduce the cost of human resources,enterprises often use labor dispatch workers to gain certain advantages in the competition.However,dispatched workers in high-tech enterprises often find it difficult to feel the sense of belonging to the organization,have low satisfaction with the organization,and their work performance can not reach the due level.This has restricted the development of high-tech enterprises to some extent,so it is necessary to carry out research on the satisfaction and organizational commitment of dispatched workers.Taking Foxconn labor dispatching employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment as sample data,combined with the labor dispatching work characteristics and the market environment,the labor dispatching employee job satisfaction to study the influence of organizational commitment,for the following work:first,collecting the predecessors for enterprise employees’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the relation between the two theoretical research results.On this basis,using the way of questionnaire survey to carry out empirical research,to analyze the current situation of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of dispatched workers in Foxconn.Second,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of dispatched workers in Foxconn,it is found that the job satisfaction of dispatched workers in Foxconn mainly focuses on the satisfaction degree of their own job,performance incentive,personal development and other five aspects.Organizational commitment includes emotional commitment,continuous commitment and normative commitment.And the current level of labor dispatch workers in these two aspects are relatively low.Thirdly,the empirical analysis of organizational commitment and job satisfaction is carried out to systematically explore the impact of job satisfaction of dispatched workers on organizational commitment,and the theoretical hypothesis is verified according to the regression results.The results show that:(1)all dimensions of job satisfaction of dispatched workers have a significant positive correlation with organizational commitment,and the factors of job position,performance incentive and personal development in job satisfaction of dispatched workers have a significant positive correlation with normative commitment.(2)When the job satisfaction of dispatched employees decreases,their organizational commitment to the labor dispatch unit will also decrease.Creating a good working atmosphere at the right time and improving the promotion and development channels of the dispatched workers will help the dispatched workers improve their organizational commitment to the dispatched units.Through the study on the impact of job satisfaction on organizational commitment of dispatched workers in Foxconn Company,it is beneficial to further develop corresponding measures for dispatched workers and gradually improve their satisfaction and organizational commitment level. |
