Research On The Shareholding System Reform Of Rural Collective In Northern Henan Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

After completing the comprehensive poverty alleviation work,our country has entered the stage of rural revitalization.How to develop and utilize collective assets in the countryside is the key to promoting rural revitalization.Through a series of work such as the verification of collective assets,the definition of members,and the allocation of equity,farmers will be turned into shareholders,and collective assets will be used as equity to stimulate the economic vitality of agriculture and rural areas,and finally realize the increase of farmers’ income and the overall revitalization of the countryside.How to form local characteristics according to local conditions and give useful experience to similar areas requires research and analysis.Under this background,this article takes the rural areas under the jurisdiction of Jun County in northern Henan as an example,and conducts an empirical research on the shareholding system reform of the collective economy.This paper summarizes the relevant domestic and foreign experience in the theory and practice of collective asset shareholding system reform,and defines some concepts related to collective asset assets,such as rural revitalization strategy,rural collective assets,and shareholding cooperative system.The methods used include literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,comparative analysis and so on.An empirical study was conducted on seven villages under the jurisdiction of Xun County,and some problems in the reform of rural collective assets in Xun County were pointed out,such as insufficient ideological cognition,poor equity liquidity,overlapping institutional settings,inadequate supervision and operational level limited,etc.,and analyzed the causes of these problems.Finally,a series of suggestions are put forward based on the experience of successful reform areas,such as strengthening ideological understanding,optimizing the transfer mechanism,training professional talents,etc.,perfecting the joint-stock reform of rural collective assets in Xun County,and providing some suggestions for other rural areas in northern Henan similar to Xun County.For reference and reference,contribute to the strategy of rural revitalization.
