Science and technology can provide solutions for economic and social development, and technological innovation is the key factor and core driving force for the implementation of the plan.Enterprises are the main body of technological innovation. In the process of enterprise development, the problem of enterprise heterogeneity has caused great obstacles to technological innovation and is unavoidable.Technological innovation will also develop unbalanced due to enterprise heterogeneity. The research theme of the thesis is the impact of corporate heterogeneity on technological innovation.By exploring the mechanism of corporate heterogeneity on technological innovation under the spatial spillover effect,it is expected to provide suggestions for promoting the rapid development of technological innovation.First of all,the thesis sorted out the related research results of enterprise heterogeneity and technological innovation, designed an overall framework for studying the impact of enterprise heterogeneity on technological innovation from the perspective of spatial spillover, defined the related concepts and theoretical basis about enterprise heterogeneity and technological innovation.Secondly, the thesis described the status quo of enterprise heterogeneity and technological innovation in our country in the past ten years, used the Euclidean distance method to measure the cocfficient of enterprise heterogeneity, measured the technological innovation intensity by the number of patents granted, and further analyzed the Spatial distribution of firm heterogeneity coefficient and technological innovation intensity. Finally, the thesis designed the model variables, spatial econometric model, and spatial weight matrix.Based on the spatial Durbin model, the thesis studied the impact of firm heterogeneity on technological innovation from the perspective of spatial spillover, and drew the following conclusions:(1)Firm size had a positive impact on technological innovation. The nature of the enterprise, the level of enterprise profitability, the concentration of the enterprise, and the intangible assets of the enterprise had a negative impact on technological innovation.(2)After considering the spatial lag effect, the size of the enterprise and the intangible assets of the enterprise could promote technological innovation, and the nature of the enterprise, the level of enterprise profitability, and the degree of enterprise concentration could inhibit technological innovation.(3)After decomposing the effect, the spatial spillover effect of enterprise scale and enterprise intangible assets on technological innovation was positive, and the spatial spillover effect of enterprise nature, enterprise profitability, and enterprise concentration on technological innovation was negative.(4)From a regional point of view, the positive spatial spillover effect of enterprise nature, enterprise concentration and enterprise intangible assets was significant in eastern China. The positive spatial spillover effect of enterprise scale, enterprise nature, enterprise concentration and enterprise intangible assets was significant in central China. In western China, only the spatial spillover effect of corporate profitability was significant, and in northeastern China, only the spatial spillover effect of corporate concentration was significant, and both played a restraining role.
