Research On The Impact Of Industrial Structure Upgrade On Regional Coordinated Development

In the background of the new era,regional coordinated development is not only an inevitable choice for my country to build a powerful modern socialist country,but also an important approach to high-quality economic and social development in my country.In order to achieve coordinated regional development,the key is to vigorously promote scientific and technological innovation,create a driving force for innovation,rationally adjust the economic structure,promote the upgrading of industrial structure,and achieve "intensive growth".At present,international relations are complex and changeable,the COVID-19 is still severe,and international competition is intensifying,promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure is conducive to improving the labor productivity of the whole society,narrowing the development gap,and realizing regional coordinated development.Therefore,this paper empirically studies the impact of industrial structure upgrading on regional coordinated development,which is conducive to enriching relevant theories and providing policy references for government departments,and has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper firstly systematically sorts out and reviews relevant domestic and foreign literatures,defines regional coordinated development and industrial structure upgrade,and then,collects the data of 30 provinces in my country(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and Tibet)from 2005 to 2020,based on the constructed evaluation index system,uses the Projection Pursuit Classification based on Real coding based Accelerated Genetic Algorithm to measure the level of regional coordinated development of each sample as the explained variable.Secondly,based on the constructed evaluation indicators,measure the premiumization level and rationalization level of industrial structure of each sample as explanatory variables,and selects indicators such as financial development level,urbanization level and government intervention level as control variables,Finally,use Spatial Panel Dubin model to empirically analyze the impact of premiumization and rationalization of industrial structure upgrading on regional coordinated development.The empirical results show:(1)The premiumization and rationalization of industrial structure can effectively promote the regional coordinated development.Simultaneously,the premiumization can also promote the regional coordinated development of neighboring regions,the rationalization has no impact on regional coordinated development of neighboring areas.(2)For provinces in the eastern region,the premiumization of industrial structure can effectively promote the regional coordinated development and inhibits the regional coordinated development of neighboring areas,the rationalization promote the regional coordinated development and has no impact on regional coordinated development of neighboring areas.(3)For the provinces in the central region,the premiumization of industrial structure can effectively promote the regional coordinated development of the region and neighboring areas,the rationalization inhibits the regional coordinated development of the region and neighboring areas.(4)For the provinces in the western region,the premiumization of industrial structure can effectively promote the regional coordinated development of the region and neighboring areas,the rationalization the rationalization inhibits the regional coordinated development of the region and neighboring areas and inhibits the regional coordinated development of neighboring areas.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as government-enterprise cooperation to promote industrial structure upgrading,coordinate production factors between industries,encourage technological innovation,formulate regional coordinated development policies for regional differentiation,and strengthen economic and cultural exchanges between regions,in order to stimulate innovation vitality,optimize the industrial structure,promote industrial upgrading,and promote coordinated regional development.
