Research On The Influence Of Digital Transformation On Enterprise Innovation Ability

The rapid development of the digital economy has impacted the traditional industrial economic system,spawned the emergence of new models and new formats of different industries,and accelerated the application of digital technology in various chains of enterprises.The digital economic environment provides a good market environment for the digital transformation of enterprises and promotes the integration of digital production models and business models with the traditional business of enterprises,that is,the mutual integration of digital and traditional enterprise production methods,resource elements,and market environment.The digital transformation of enterprises is of great significance to enriching the operation mode of the market economy,broadening the profit space of enterprises,and releasing industrial economic dividends.It is the key for enterprises to achieve high-quality development by using the dividends of the digital economy to rapidly improve their innovation capabilities.The innovation breakthrough of enterprises and the improvement of enterprise innovation ability are the inevitable requirements and urgent needs for the transformation of the growth mode of the market economy,the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,and the improvement of comprehensive national strength and international core competitiveness in the new era.In the era of rapid information development,digital transformation of enterprises has become inevitable.Only enterprises that adapt to the ever-changing digital transformation of the market can achieve continuous innovation and development in the market.Based on practical considerations,the research content of this paper on the impact of digital transformation on enterprise innovation can be divided into five parts.First,it introduces the research background of digital transformation of Chinese enterprises,mainly from two aspects,namely the current situation of digital transformation of enterprises and the necessity of digital transformation of enterprises.Bring out the important impact of digital transformation on the high-quality development of enterprises,especially in the improvement of enterprise innovation capabilities.Enterprises use digital transformation to accelerate the coordination of production factors between enterprises,share internal and external resources,reduce marginal costs,and improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise operations.The digital transformation of enterprises accelerates the innovation of various production links and chains,and the innovation of production models enables manufacturing enterprises to have sustainable competitiveness in the international market.Secondly,when researching the hypotheses,two hypotheses are put forward respectively:assuming that digital transformation has a direct and positive impact on the innovation ability of enterprises;digital transformation indirectly affects the innovation ability of enterprises through the intermediate effect of enterprise innovation atmosphere.The empirical method of this paper is to use structural equation modeling(SEM)to carry out empirical econometric analysis on enterprise sample data,mature scales developed by domestic and foreign scholars with high reliability and validity,or scales revised based on mature scales.Empirical Analysis.This paper uses SPSS and Amos tools to carry out descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and reliability and validity test on the questionnaire data,and uses the bootstrap method suggested by Preacher and Hayes(2004)to increase the sampling method of collected data to test the true accuracy of the empirical results.The empirical research results show that digital transformation has a direct positive impact on the improvement of corporate innovation capabilities,and digital transformation has an indirect impact on corporate innovation capabilities through the mediating effect of corporate innovation climate.Under the background of the digital economy,enterprises use the new generation of Internet information digital technology to accelerate the digital transformation of the traditional organization and production mode of enterprises,promote the process of market digitization on the macro level,promote the high-quality development of the industry and the upgrading and transformation of the industrial structure on the micro level,and improve the enterprise on the micro level.Innovation ability to realize the integrated development of the real economy and digitalization.
