| Strengthening the ability to lead innovation and achieve innovation-driven connotative growth is not only conducive to improving the quality and efficiency of the country,but also conducive to enterprises to complement the short board,forge the long board,and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.As the main body of independent innovation,enterprises are also the main force to promote innovation-driven economic development.Therefore,how to improve the innovation efficiency,solve the current problem of "technology containment" and "bottleneck",and break through the innovation dilemma is the key to the survival and development of enterprises.The rapid development of digital economy and emerging technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence and 5G has produced new forms of economic business,providing strong technical support for integration and innovative development with the real economy.The development of digital economy has become a national strategy,but also an inevitable choice for enterprises to seek long-term development.In recent years,enterprises focus on core technologies and combine them with digital technologies,making the process of digital transformation of enterprises accelerate continuously.Digital technologies have more and more profound influence on enterprise innovation and play an increasingly important role in improving the efficiency of enterprise innovation.However,the success rate of digital transformation of Chinese enterprises is not yet high,so it is of great practical significance to study how digital transformation can improve the innovation efficiency of enterprises.Firstly,this thesis combs and summarizes relevant researches on enterprise innovation efficiency and digital transformation,and discusses the mechanism of digital transformation affecting enterprise innovation efficiency on the basis of theory.Secondly,according to the specific connotation of enterprise innovation efficiency and digital transformation,the proxy variable of enterprise innovation efficiency is determined.Meanwhile,the evaluation index system of digital transformation is constructed,and the factor analysis method is adopted to comprehensively evaluate the enterprise digital transformation level.On this basis,the development status of enterprise innovation efficiency and digital transformation level is further analyzed.On the basis of mechanism discussion and current situation analysis,this thesis first adopts propensity score matching method to match samples,then adopts differential method to calculate the average processing effect of participants,selects the appropriate matching method,and uses the sample data after matching to conduct benchmark regression analysis,to explore the direct effect of digital transformation on enterprise innovation efficiency.Finally,this thesis introduces moderating variables from the three aspects of external environmental factors,human capital structure and internal governance structure to explore the indirect effect of digital transformation to improve enterprise innovation efficiency.Meanwhile,robustness test is conducted by replacing explained variables and core explanatory variables.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)The digital development level of enterprises under different industries,regions,sizes and ownership is extremely unbalanced,and digital divide does exist in the digital transformation of enterprises;(2)Enterprise digital transformation is conducive to improving enterprise innovation efficiency,but the asset-liability ratio,ownership concentration and the proportion of independent directors will affect the improvement effect;(3)Government subsidies,industrial competition degree,human resources,internal salary and equity checks and balances can play a positive moderating role in improving enterprise innovation efficiency in digital transformation,but the moderating role of equity checks and balances is easily affected by enterprise internal factors,while talent quality plays a reverse moderating role.According to the research conclusions,this thesis puts forward the following three suggestions: Firstly,we should narrow the gap between enterprises’ innovation efficiency and digital transformation level under the differences of industry,region,scale and ownership,and narrow the digital divide among enterprises;Secondly,we should fully tap the potential of digital technology,cultivate digital talents,and accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises.Finally,digital transformation should actively integrate with multi-party development to enhance the enterprise innovation efficiency. |
