A Study On The Influence Of Traditional Village Tourism Development On The Return Of Migrant Workers

The report of the 20 th CPC National Congress puts forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which provides a clear idea for solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,increasing farmers’ income and realizing the development of rural modernization.however,the phenomenon of "hollow villages" caused by a large number of migrant workers has posed a serious obstacle to rural revitalization.In recent years,with the rapid development of traditional village tourism,the infrastructure and living environment of traditional villages have been greatly improved,the way of employment of villagers has changed to a certain extent,and the level of income has gradually increased,which plays a certain role in promoting the return of migrant labor in rural areas.By combing and summarizing the literature related to traditional village tourism and labor return at home and abroad,this paper defines the relevant concepts of labor return,and studies the influence factors of traditional village tourism development on labor return.By using questionnaires and field interviews,this paper takes the returning labor force of four traditional villages in Jinyun County as a sample to study the influence of traditional village tourism development on the return of migrant workers at the spiritual level,material level and individual development level.The results show that from the point of view of the influence of material,spiritual and individual development on the return of migrant workers,the spiritual level has the greatest influence on the return of migrant workers,and the material level ranks second on the return of migrant workers,while the impact of individual development is the least.From the perspective of the specific factors that affect the return of the labor force,the degree of influence from large to small is income improvement,children’s education,supporting the elderly,jobs,entrepreneurial opportunities,infrastructure,employment policies,ecological environment,work pressure,homesickness,neighborhood relations,folk culture,learning and training,medical level,investment opportunities,financial preferential policies,social security benefits,housing conditions.In the process of traditional village tourism development in the future,it is necessary to change the concept of traditional village tourism development,establish the concept of child-friendly,elderly-friendly and cultural inheritance,and optimize and strengthen the material basis for the development of traditional village tourism.improve employment,entrepreneurship and skills training and other policy support,in order to attract more migrant workers to return,serve the development of traditional village tourism,and help rural revitalization.
