With the economic development,the decoration industry is developing rapidly,the people’s consumer demand is increasing,and the requirements for decoration services are getting higher and higher,and high-quality services need to be provided by employees.Employees are the key to ensuring customer satisfaction,especially the marketing department employees of decoration companies,and the first company business card faced by customers,so the importance of marketing department employees for decoration companies is self-evident.However,with the intensification of competition and the imperfection of the internal salary system of the enterprise,the turnover rate of the employees of the marketing department of A decoration company has always been high,and the loss of the employees of the marketing department will affect the service quality enjoyed by customers on the one hand,on the other hand,it will have a certain negative impact on the enthusiasm of other employees,which is not conducive to the stable construction of the company’s marketing department staff,in the long run,not only cause the loss of the customer base of the decoration enterprise,but also increase the cost of personnel replacement,affecting the normal management and operation of the company.So far,many scholars have done more detailed research on the causes and harms of employee loss,but there are relatively few studies on the employees of the marketing department of decoration companies,especially the combination of employee loss and compensation incentives.Through the investigation of the employees of the marketing department,understand the reasons for the loss of employees and analyze the shortcomings of the current salary incentives in a deeper way,the analysis shows that for the employees of the marketing department of A decoration company,the salary dissatisfaction is the main reason for their high tendency to leave.Through further in-depth investigation and interview,it was found that there are a series of imperfections in the salary incentive of the current marketing department of A decoration company,the main problems are imperfect salary structure,lack of career development opportunities and insufficient corporate culture care.On this basis,combined with the relevant incentive theory and the reasons for the insufficient salary incentive of the employees in the marketing department of Company A,a set of perfect salary incentive optimization programs is proposed,that is,the optimization of direct compensation and indirect compensation is taken into account,and at the same time,A decoration company should set up a guarantee mechanism to ensure that the above salary incentive optimization program can be smoothly and effectively implemented.The results of the study can provide valuable management inspiration for similar enterprises to solve the problem of compensation incentives for market-oriented employees.
