At present our country’s economic situation is moving toward the remarkable speed development,with the international advanced level gradually reduced.But because many of the enterprises in our country have been influenced by the planned economy for a long time,there are some management methods and modes of thinking which are not adapted to the modern development,We are in urgent need of change management thinking,in particular,the old concept of human management.In some developed countries,human resource has been developing for nearly 70 years,and the traditional management and import mode we have followed is relatively backward in both theory and practice,with the turnover of small and medium enterprises in recent years,the situation is further grim,this phenomenon has aroused the attention of domestic human resource experts and management scholars.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of HX group and its research background and significance,this paper expounds the important role of human in the process of enterprise’s growth and development,and from the point of view of human resource management,the phenomenon and Countermeasures of enterprise staff turnover are studied,select the methods and measures which are helpful to the unit and have a reference value.In order to reduce the loss of personnel in the unit,this paper firstly introduces the background and significance of the loss of the HX group,points out the seriousness of the problem and the importance of the research.Secondly,it analyzes the influence of staff turnover on enterprise,combined with the age structure,educational level and technical personnel,and so on,through the analysis of the present situation and the reason of turnover of HX group staff,combined with the actual situation,the use of questionnaires and interviews in the form of,find a solution to the problem from the root knot where,and then put forward the corresponding solutions and measures to ensure the implementation of.Finally,the conclusion and Prospect of personnel turnover,hopes to find out the point of view of the enterprise to help and learn from the research in this paper.This thesis consists of six parts:The first part is the introduction,introduces the background,significance and the research of staff turnover;The second part of this paper is the theoretical basis of personnel loss,mainly introduces the concept,connotation and related theories of personnel turnover,which includes incentive theory,Mueller Price model and push pull theory;The third part is the analysis ofthe current situation of HX group staff turnover,mainly including the background of HX group and HX group staff turnover status analysis,on this basis,the analysis of the impact of the loss of personnel on the HX group;The fourth part of this paper makes a survey on the turnover intention and motivation factors of HX Group employees,according to the staff turnover intention to stay HX group and analyzed the reason,the common factors of effective incentive factors of HX Group employees are given;The fifth part of this paper is to solve the Countermeasures of HX group staff turnover,including salary evaluation system,performance appraisal system,improve personnel promotion system,create a good corporate culture cohesion and training should be closely combined with the six aspects of motivation;The sixth part of this paper is the conclusion and Prospect of the research.The results of this paper show that the reasons for the loss of HX Group employees include job opportunities,family responsibility,cost of conversion,job satisfaction,and the realization of enterprise commitment,among them,HX Group employees turnover before three are the company’s performance evaluation process and result of lack of fairness and openness "," I’m not the identification with company’s corporate culture and values "and" lack of promotion,personal promotion space".From this view,compensation incentives,corporate culture recognition and development space are the main reasons for the loss of HX group employees.Then this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of employee demand,salary evaluation,salary incentive,corporate culture,training and so on,to prevent the loss of personnel again,at the same time to attract and leave more excellent talents.It is expected that this study will help to reduce the turnover rate of HX group,At the same time,to a certain extent,there is a similar loss of enterprise in the management of personnel loss to play a reference and reference significance.
