At present,the century-old changes and economic and trade frictions are interwoven and superimposed,making it more difficult to further promote economic globalization.The development of the real estate industry has been restricted by many restrictions and is on a downward trend,while the household industry in the downstream of the industrial chain has been directly impacted.Under the influence of a new round of technological revolution and industrial reform,the digital transformation of economy and society has become an irresistible trend.The household industry is also facing the transformation of industrial marketing methods.As an industry representative,C Household Company is one of them.However,at the same time,as passive recipients of corporate digital transformation policies,sales staff generally have problems such as low enthusiasm,lack of initiative,and weak sense of participation,which have a negative impact on the company’s digital transformation.Solving the problem that the current incentive situation does not adapt to the enterprise digital transformation can greatly improve the enthusiasm and creativity of the sales staff.This paper takes C Household Company as an example to analyze its sales staff and explore the incentive problem of sales staff under the background of digital transformation of the company.By means of interview survey and questionnaire survey,and guided by Herzberg’s two-factor incentive theory,the obtained data were sorted out and studied,and it was learned that the sales staff incentive measures adopted by C Household Company had its own problems.It mainly includes the unsystematic salary and welfare system,the single form of performance appraisal,the insufficient sound employee training mechanism,the lack of smooth promotion channels,and the lack of incentive countermeasures corresponding to the digital transformation period.Centering on the clear goal of studying the sales staff incentive problem of C Home Furnishing Company and analyzing the causes of the problem,It is found that the salary and welfare system lags behind the practice of enterprise digital transformation,performance appraisal is a formality without combining with the background of digital transformation,ignoring the cultivation of digital marketing talents,lack of scientific career promotion policies,and lack of corporate culture construction during digital transformation and upgrading are the key causes of the problem.To discuss the incentive problem and its causes,mainly from the establishment of talent operation concept,to create a digital transformation of the corporate culture environment,organizational and institutional support,technical support,to ensure the implementation of optimization measures,to help the company’s digital transformation at the same time to provide certain protection for the sales staff. |
