Study On The Satisfaction Of Rural Tourists

In recent years,Shanwei City has made great efforts to promote the development of rural tourism by planning and creating a rural revitalization demonstration belt.However,due to the differences in resource endowment,development theme and capital investment of each village,different priorities are given to the development of "food,accommodation,travel,entertainment and shopping" and public services and other facilities,thus affecting tourist satisfaction.Tourist satisfaction is a comprehensive evaluation of tourist destinations.It is closely related to the sustainable development of local rural tourism.This thesis takes the typical villages of three types of rural tourism in Shanwei City as the research object,namely Chenzhou Village(fishing culture type),Xinshan Village(red culture type)and Lianhua Village(ecological recreation type),to study the satisfaction of rural tourism tourists,hoping to enrich and enrich the theoretical research and practical cases of rural tourism.First of all,the present situation of rural tourism development in Shanwei City and the basic situation,development type and development characteristics of the three case villages are reviewed.Secondly,on the basis of SCSB,ACSI,ECSI and other models,combined with the development of rural tourism in typical villages of Shanwei and the characteristics of tourists,the rural tourism tourist satisfaction model and impact factor index system are designed to explore the impact factors of rural tourism tourist satisfaction.It is found that the difference between tourist expectation,tourist perception,tourist expectation and perception all have an impact on tourist satisfaction.Based on principal component analysis and regression analysis,it is found that "environmental perception" is the common factor affecting the satisfaction of rural tourism tourists,but different types of rural tourism may not have the same common factor influencing the satisfaction of tourists.Finally,the research is summarized and development suggestions are put forward.
