Research On The Antecedents And Promotion Measures Of Standardized Behavior Of Logistics Enterprises

At present,standardization has become an important part of national economic management.And standard competition has become the fiercest competition among enterprises.Since the reform and opening-up,from exploration to rapid development,Chinese logistics standard has formed its own standard system,and the level of logistics standardization has been greatly improved.As the micro subject of logistics standardization,logistics enterprises should pay attention to their standardization work.Besides,it is worth exploring that what factors drive logistics enterprises to adopt standardized behavior.Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior and introduced organizational citizenship behavior and organizational learning,this thesis constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors of logistics enterprise standardization intention and behavior,and systematically analyzes the impact of internal and external factors on the standardization behavior of logistics enterprises.On this basis,this thesis uses structural equation model on the empirical research,and the data is collected from questionnaire survey of logistics enterprises settled in the platform of Zhejiang Transfar Logistics.The results show that: firstly,both the behavior attitude and subjective norms of logistics enterprises influence the standardization behavior through the full mediating of standardization intention;secondly,perceived behavior control has a direct positive impact on the standardization behavior of logistics enterprises,but it has no significant impact on the standardization intention;finally organizational citizenship behavior and organizational learning positively moderate the impact of standardization intention to standardization behavior,and moderate the latter half path of the mediation effect.According to the research results,this thesis finds that if logistics enterprises pay attention to standardization in attitude,government requires and supports standardization of logistics enterprises,and logistics enterprises feel confident in carrying out standardization behavior,it will have positive standardization intention to standardized,and the good organizational citizenship behavior and high level of organizational learning in logistics enterprises will promote this process.
