Research On The Influence Of Rural Logistics Development In Jilin Province On Rural Residents’ Income And Consumption

With the continuous advancement of modernization and the continuous improvement of economic level,farmers’ production and living standards have also been improved.As a result,the demand for rural logistics level has gradually increased.However,according to the current development level of rural logistics in Jilin Province,the development level of rural logistics lags behind that of other regions,which is not consistent with the development speed of rural economy,which has become the main obstacle to the development of rural logistics and the improvement of rural living standards in Jilin Province.It is mainly reflected in the backward rural logistics infrastructure,imperfect logistics system,high cost of distribution and transportation,backward ideology of farmers,etc.These factors have become the bottleneck of developing rural logistics in Jilin Province,and have also caused some obstacles to the improvement of rural residents’ income and consumption level in Jilin Province.Based on the total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery in Jilin Province from 2005 to 2020,the per capita disposable income of rural residents in Jilin Province,the per capita consumption expenditure of rural residents in Jilin Province,the length of rural postal routes in Jilin Province,and the investment in fixed assets in rural areas of transportation,warehousing and postal services in Jilin Province,this paper constructs a VAR model,carries out co-integration analysis on the data,obtains an impulse response function diagram,and finally analyzes the influence of various factors on the income and consumption of rural residents in Jilin Province by variance decomposition.From the overall empirical analysis of Jilin Province,in the short term,the per capita disposable income and consumption expenditure level of rural residents in Jilin Province have a higher impact on themselves,but in the long term,the explanation degree of the impact of the number of employees in transportation,warehousing and postal services and the total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery in Jilin Province on the per capita disposable income and consumption level of rural residents in Jilin Province is obviously strengthened.Therefore,we should improve and optimize the infrastructure construction of rural logistics in Jilin Province,increase the investment in infrastructure,reduce the damage of goods in the logistics process,improve the logistics service level.Speed up the circulation of goods,reduce the cost of logistics,so as to improve the income and consumption level of rural residents.Finally,based on the analysis of the impact of rural logistics in Jilin Province on rural residents’ income and consumption,it is proposed to improve infrastructure construction and reduce logistics and transportation costs.Increase the total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,and improve the level of logistics development;Improve the operation system and increase the output value of logistics;Change the traditional concept,improve the quality of logistics services and other measures and suggestions to promote the sustained and steady growth of rural residents’ income and consumption in Jilin Province.
