The advent of the big data era has not only catalyzed the development of Internet finance,but also has a profound impact on the financial ecology and financial landscape with the increasingly widespread use of big data technology.Moreover,the14 th Five-Year Plan has also proposed a new direction of economic and social development and a new development pattern of double cycle.The next few years are crucial for the rapid development of China’s digital economy,which is a period of strategic opportunity and a period of development transition.As a major player in the digital economy,banks have accelerated the pace of digital transformation to a deeper level.Banks attach great importance to the strategic value of digital transformation,absorbing the mature technology of Internet finance,integrating the industry’s own characteristics and customer needs,changing their thinking and innovating technology to create a more technological,scientific and convenient banking service system,and the digital transformation of the banking industry is now accelerating.This paper selects the personal financial business of Bank of China Branch Y as the research object,and explores how to optimize the digital transformation of personal financial business of Bank of China Branch Y by using literature research method,interview method,questionnaire method,statistical analysis method and qualitative analysis method,and using digital transformation theory,financial innovation theory and strategic management theory as the theoretical basis.This paper is divided into three main parts.First,Analysis of the current situation and problems of personal finance business of Bank of China Y branch.Firstly,the key success factors of the digital transformation of personal finance business are summarized in terms of digital talents,digital products,matching organizational structure,digital business scenarios,human resource management capability,organizational structure organization capability,business scenario creation capability,and data governance capability,respectively.Secondly,the current situation of personal finance business and digitalization of Bank of China Y branch is analyzed,and the problems and reasons of the current stage of transformation are summarized by combining the analysis of interviews and questionnaire research.Through the analysis,the main problems faced in the current transformation stage are as follows: first,large digital talent gap;second,insufficient digital product variety and backward business operating system;third,the architecture matching digital transformation is not agile and not timely conveyed;fourth,insufficient digital business scenario construction;and fifth,low quality and low utilization of data resources.Finally,the requirements of each department for transformation and the urgency of digital transformation are given.Second,the external environment analysis of the digital transformation of personal finance business of Bank of China Y branch.Using PESTG macro-environmental analysis and meso-environmental analysis,it is concluded that the transformation of personal financial business of Y branch has dividends in terms of national policies and markets,but also faces challenges in terms of changing consumer consumption habits and threats from substitutes.It also elaborates the requirements of digitalization on the resources and capabilities related to the bank’s personal finance business.Third,on the basis of the above two parts of the study,the optimization suggestions that can be tried for the existing problems: First of all,attract and train digital talents and composite talents with both business and technology in many aspects,and focus on building a talent team that can adapt to the needs of digital transformation of personal financial business.Immediately after that,we should innovate the mechanism of scientific and technological investment and promote the transformation of scientific and technological innovation results into real productivity.Secondly,starting from the optimization of internal organizational structure,optimizing the refinement of organizational structure,carrying out organizational agile transformation,and establishing a middle office operation architecture system.Again,enhance the ability to build business production scenarios and develop online and offline synergy.Finally,improve the level of data governance so that it can maximize the value of data and ensure the implementation of digital transformation.The innovations of this paper are.The transformation cases and dynamics referenced in this paper are relatively new.It compares the current situation of the digital transformation development of personal finance business of Bank of China Branch Y with the current situation of the industry development,comprehensively analyzes the problems encountered in the transformation development of personal finance business of Bank of China Branch Y from various aspects such as talents,product services and organizational structure,and proposes an optimized improvement design,which is more practical.The research object and research content are innovative and have positive guiding significance for the good operation of personal finance business of Bank of China Y branch.
