As the economic transformation enters a new stage,we must change the trend of economic development.In the process of this transition,the competition between the industry is becoming more and more fierce,and the market-oriented interest rate has also brought a series of challenges and problems.In this case,retail credit can be a key investment for us,as the amount of retail credit is smaller and its costs and risks are correspondingly lower.We can give full play to these advantages and promote the sound development of this market.In addition,we should also expand more details and processes of the retail credit market in order to better serve our customers and meet their different needs and requirements.At present,customers’ demand for financial products is more and more personalized and diversified.This change in demand intensifies the competition in the industry,and commercial banks must constantly innovate.The difference is that personal credit business has its own characteristics in customer groups and business needs.The customer group of personal credit business is more extensive,the business needs are more concentrated,its financial products are relatively standardized,need the support of scientific and technological systems.Therefore,banks pay more and more attention to personal credit business in the development of digital transformation.Digital transformation can greatly improve the efficiency and service quality of commercial banks,and help banks to maintain a leading position in the fierce market competition.This paper adopts the method combining theory and case to conduct an empirical study on the personal credit business of JN Branch of Agricultural Bank of China from the digital perspective,deeply reveals the corresponding current situation and problems,and puts forward improvement suggestions based on the actual situation to improve the management level of the bank’s personal credit business.This part of the research also needs to deeply analyze the impact of digital transformation on enterprise management,establish a core competence model in line with the rules of bank personal credit business and market demand,and propose strategies and methods to cultivate and enhance core competence.It includes technical innovation ability,customer service ability,risk control ability and so on.In summary,the research objective of this paper is to deeply analyze the digital transformation of personal credit business,establish a strategic management framework and core competence model suitable for this industry,and provide corresponding strategies and methods,so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the long-term development of this industry.In addition,the case analysis method can be used to understand the status quo,problems and motivations of digital transformation in various aspects,and the questionnaire survey method can explore practical problems,while the PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method can carry out in-depth analysis of internal and external motivations,providing more comprehensive support and guidance for digital transformation.These methods can provide powerful reference for similar digital transformation and promote the innovation and development of banking business.Thirdly,based on the above analysis,the digital transformation strategy of JN branch of Agricultural Bank of China should include four main aspects.First,digitization of credit products is crucial,and loan products that are easy to use and digital should be designed and launched to meet the needs of different customers.Second,digitization of channel management is another key area,and banks should optimize offline and online channels to make it easier for customers to use and apply for loans.Thirdly,the digitalization of customer relationship management is an important aspect to improve customer satisfaction.It should be as convenient as possible to deal with customer complaints,suggestions and demands,and use data analysis to strengthen customer maintenance.Finally,digital marketing strategies should develop personalized plans according to customer data to meet customer needs and promote production and sales.In order to ensure the smooth progress of digital transformation,the JN branch of Agricultural Bank of China should consider the following five key points.First,the management should give sufficient attention and support to ensure that the digital transformation is fully developed.Second,banks should increase their financial support to create the conditions needed to invest in digital transformation.Third,we should improve the organizational system and establish a scientific organizational structure and system to support the digital transformation.Fourthly,the risk control process is also a key factor.A perfect risk control mechanism should be established to ensure the smooth progress of the digital transformation process.Finally,strengthen the corporate culture.establish the concept of digital transformation,improve the digital ability and awareness of employees,and provide more motivation and support for digital transformation.This paper argues that,under the background of digital transformation,the personal credit business of commercial banks is facing the urgent transformation,which is not only a helpless action motivated by the economic market,but also a choice of business development.From the perspective of transformation,it is not only the simple optimization and upgrading,but also the re-innovation of thinking and the core development of technology iteration.From the perspective of transformation,traditional commercial banks should integrate online credit business and advanced online technology,and at the same time endow offline business with more powerful capabilities,in order to truly realize business transformation.Secondly,business transformation is essentially a process involving comprehensive system change.In this process,the decision-making bodies,organizational structure and scientific and technological forces need to be adjusted simultaneously to ensure the smooth implementation and successful promotion of business transformation.
