Research On The Influential Factors Of The "First Kilometer" Of Cold Chain Logistic Of Agricultural Products In Jilin Province

With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,people’s dietary requirements are also increasing,and consumers are paying more and more attention to the quality,freshness,packaging,etc.of agricultural products when purchasing agricultural products.Because some agricultural products are not resistant to storage,some agricultural products have strict requirements for storage and transportation temperature,resulting in a high rate of damage and corrosion of products in circulation.Mainly agricultural products enter the circulation link directly after picking,without pre-cooling,and the cold chain function node is missing,which directly affects its transportation process and causes losses to terminal consumption.Therefore,this paper first starts from the related concepts of agricultural products and agricultural products cold chain logistics "first kilometer",bases the research on Jilin Province,adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey,binary logistic regression analysis research methods,from the development of cold chain logistics operators in Jilin Province,the status quo of agricultural product production and operation,The current situation of agricultural product transportation and the development status of cold chain logistics policy in Jilin Province were analyzed and introduced,and through questionnaire surveys to understand farmers in Jilin Province and logistics practitioners who carried out cold chain basic work,it was concluded that Jilin Province currently has problems such as imperfect infrastructure,low scale of cold chain logistics enterprises,slow development of third-party logistics,imperfect construction of information platform,lack of cold chain logistics talents,and inadequate implementation of policies and regulations.Secondly,using the binary logistic regression analysis model,16 factors affecting the development of the "first kilometer" were analyzed: gender,age,education level,occupation,annual household income of farmers,agricultural product production scale,number of household personnel engaged in cold chain logistics,storage resources,refrigerated truck ownership,cognition of storage and transportation,satisfaction with cold chain facilities and equipment,evaluation of Internet technology development,service quality evaluation,whether peer competition is fierce,whether it is affected by government policies,The analysis of the significance of whether the publicity is in place shows that the main constraints affecting the "first kilometer" of agricultural product cold chain logistics in Jilin Province are infrastructure equipment,logistics practitioners,policy factors,the popularization of Internet information technology,and the service quality of origin logistics enterprises.
