| The extensive mode of agricultural production for a long time has caused a heavy cost to natural resources and environment,and hindered the green development of Chinese agriculture seriously.Agricultural production environment is severely damaged,the pressure of natural resources constraints is aggravated,and other situations force our country to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry structure.As a traditional agricultural country,the optimization and upgrading of agricultural industrial structure is very important for the green transformation and upgrading of agricultural development.The rationality of agricultural industrial structure is related to the reasonable allocation of agricultural production factors within the agricultural industry and the coordination degree of agriculture,forestry,husbandry and fishery development.The high-grade of agricultural industrial structure represents the status of industrial upgrading,which can introduce new green production technology and equipment into agricultural production and is of great significance for improving the efficiency of agricultural green development.As a big agricultural province and a strong agricultural province,Henan province’s agricultural green development status has an important influence on China’s agricultural green development.Based on relevant research,this paper combined industrial structure optimization theory,sustainable development theory and other theories,from the two-dimensional perspective of rationalization and upgrading of agricultural structure,this paper uses structural deviation degree and other methods to calculate,and analyzes the results to understand the change of agricultural industrial structure in Henan Province.At the same time,the evaluation index system of agricultural green total factor productivity(GTFP)in Henan province was constructed and calculated and analyzed by using SBM-Malmquist productivity index method to investigate the efficiency level of agricultural green development in Henan province.Then,on this basis,the SBM-Tobit two-stage model was used to empirically analyze the effect of agricultural industrial structure on agricultural GTFP in Henan Province,and the regional heterogeneity of this effect was also discussed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)On the whole,except for individual years,the agricultural industrial structure in Henan Province tends to be rationalized year by year during the sample period,and the agricultural industrial structure shows an increasing trend of upgrading;But from the perspective of different economic zones,there are great differences;(2)During the sample period,the agricultural GTFP in Henan Province showed an overall growth trend,and this growth was mainly caused by the progress of agricultural technology,and the agricultural technical efficiency limited the growth of agricultural GTFP in most years,and there was a certain difference in the growth index of agricultural GTFP in different economic regions;(3)Both the rationalization of agricultural industrial structure and the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure in Henan province can significantly promote the growth of agricultural GTFP,and the promoting effect of the rationalization of agricultural industrial structure is greater than the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure;The rationalization of agricultural industrial structure promoted the growth of agricultural GTFP mainly by promoting the improvement of agricultural technical efficiency,while the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure promoted the growth of agricultural GTFP mainly by promoting the progress of agricultural technology.(4)There was regional heterogeneity in the effect of agricultural industrial structure on agricultural GTFP in Henan Province.The rationalization of agricultural industrial structure significantly promoted the growth of agricultural GTFP in Central Plains urban agglomeration and northern Henan Economic zone,but inhibited the growth of agricultural GTFP in western and southwestern Henan economic zone,and had no significant effect on the growth of agricultural GTFP in Huanghuai Economic zone.The higher level of agricultural industrial structure mainly promoted the growth of agricultural GTFP in the northern Henan economic zone,but had no significant effect on the growth of agricultural GTFP in the other three economic zones.Based on the above conclusions,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:give full play to the advantages of regional agricultural resources and pay attention to the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure;Steadily promote the rationalization of agricultural industrial structure and promote the green development of agriculture;We will accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industrial structure and promote the green development of agriculture. |
