Study On The Development Of Food Processing Workshops Into “Individual Enterprise Transfer” In Jilin Province

Food processing workshop regulation has always been a difficulty,with the development of the economy,for the reasonable development of food processing workshops and the optimization of economic structure,food processing workshop transformation and upgrading for the enterprise is not only conducive to its long-term development,but also can solve the employment,improve local income,contribute to rural revitalization and revitalization of the northeast economy.Therefore,this paper studies the current situation of small food processing workshops in Jilin Province,the status quo of "Individual enterprise transfer" in Jilin Province and the transformation and upgrading status of small food processing workshops in Jilin Province.Taking the transformation and upgrading process of a wine workshop in Dehui,Changchun city as an example.Summarize the experience and problems in the process of transformation and upgrading,using "5W1H" analysis theory systematically from transformation reason(Why),content(What),transformation time(When),location(Where),transformation subject behavior(Who),how to upgrade(How)research problem analysis,put forward Jilin province food processing small workshop "turn" process countermeasures and Suggestions.First,to determine the object of transformation: to establish a special cultivation database,to build an exchange mechanism,reasonable cultivation;Second,to build provincial food processing workshops “ Individual enterprise transfer ” service platform;Third,improve the enthusiasm of transforming enterprises: adhere to public opinion first,strengthen publicity and guidance,launch preferential policies,and establish an incentive mechanism;Fourth,the establishment of a long-term mechanism: to build characteristic brands,implement the brand strategy,continue to upgrade after the transformation and upgrading,establish a food processing industrial park,innovate the marketing mode,and broaden the sales channels;Fifth,strengthen supervision and assistance: improve the ability of supervisors,broaden the channels of assistance;Sixth,follow-up policy follow-up: establish a regular return visit mechanism,introduce rescue policies to help enterprises in a special period,follow-up economic security,guide and optimization of capacity structure.It is expected to promote the development of small food processing workshops "Individual enterprise transfer" and promote the optimization of economic structure.
