| In recent years,people are increasingly yearning for a better life.In terms of hotel accommodation,the increasing consumer demand is reflected,and different customers will also have personalized needs.The object of this article,R Hotel,is a star hotel established in 2008.On the one hand,due to the dividend of being located in a popular tourist city and the internal historical factors of the hotel,the performance management is neglected.On the other hand,the domestic tourists’ pursuit of increasing service quality forces the service quality of the hotel staff to be improved urgently.Therefore,it is necessary for R hotel to design a set of effective performance management system,so that it can adapt to the changing quality needs in the hotel market,and improve the competitiveness of R hotel market.This article first from the information about R hotel performance management,combined with the interview of senior managers,questionnaire survey of grassroots staff,analyzes the R hotel performance management and strategic target is not closely,evaluation index is not scientific,incomplete process,the evaluation results of inadequate application,performance system operation lack of security.Secondly,after clarifying the optimization objectives,principles and design ideas of R hotel performance management system,the weight weight is determined from the hotel level and department level,optimizing the indicators with the balanced scorecard(BSC);at the post level,the key performance indicators(KPIs)are used to decompose the department tasks in detail and strive to implement them to each employee.Thirdly,on this basis,the optimization of the whole process of hotel performance management.Finally,this paper puts forward four guarantee strategies of organization,system,finance and culture,so that the performance management system of R hotel can operate steadily and for a long time.To sum up,I hope to make some practical optimization suggestions for R hotel performance management.Besides,I hope to contribute to provide practical reference value for the research of performance management of other similar star hotels. |
