Based on the background that the development of an aging society urgently needs to pay attention to socialized elderly care,the state supports the high-quality development of the domestic service industry,and the difficulties presented by “employee system” domestic service enterprises in the process of transitioning from an intermediary system to an employee system,this paper takes JH Housekeeping Company as an example,analyzed the current problems and root causes of the “employee system” housekeeping enterprises,analyzed the successful cases and the reference of their experience,and put forward the design ideas and conclusions for optimizing the current model.This article objectively analyzes the “employee system” model of JH Housekeeping Company.At the same time,based on the analysis of the company’s management mechanism,service process,employee salary and assessment mechanism,and training management model,it recognizes that the company’s current “employee system” model design What problems exist that need to be improved.By analyzing the results of the questionnaire and sorting out the list of questions from the interviewees,the company’s deficiencies in five aspects were summarized and extracted,namely,insufficient effective supply of housekeeping services,insufficient standardization of housekeeping service standards,uneven quality of housekeeping services,and professionalization of housekeeping staff The lack of level and the innovation of the housekeeping service model revealed five deep-seated reasons,including the constraints of industry development characteristics,the lack of separation of powers and responsibilities in the company’s internal structure,the lack of supporting constraints and incentives in the management mechanism,and professional training for employees There are shortcomings and Internet technology has not kept up with the pace.Based on the analysis of domestic successful cases such as “Nanyue Housekeeping” in Guangzhou Province,the “Top Runner” Action in Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province,as well as the relevant experience of “Filipino maids” abroad and their references,this paper proposes that the “employee system” of JH Housekeeping Company The optimized design of the model must,on the basis of adhering to the standardization of housekeeping services,promote the standardization of the top-level design of the management model,the standardization of the service process,and the standardization of the management mechanism of the housekeeping service,so as to promote the innovation and development of housekeeping enterprises towards digital housekeeping.Strengthen the study and exploration of the construction of housekeeping professional certificates and professional training mechanisms,so as to improve the service level of housekeeping practitioners.Finally,from the special to the general,this article puts forward a conclusion of general significance to the transformation and upgrading of the “employee system” model of domestic service enterprises: that is,the high-quality development of the domestic service industry is deeply promoted at the national level,and the construction of standardization of domestic service,digital development and professional Intensify support in terms of professional talents and other aspects,so that enterprises can have more tool choices in terms of recruiting,using and retaining high-quality domestic service employees;Build an organizational structure in a timely manner,establish and improve a series of management,training and assessment mechanisms that are comprehensive,highly restrictive,and highly motivating,so as to effectively motivate domestic workers to meet market needs with better service quality.
