Research On The Management Of Idle Land In L Urban

Land is the indispensable factor resource in our economic and social development,its scarcity and importance are obvious.At present,governments at all levels have reached a general consensus to strengthen and optimize land resource management,which is to cherish and rationally use land resources and promote efficient use of land resources,which is also one of the necessary strategies to promote ecological civilization construction and high-quality economic and social development.However,under the traditional mode of extensive land use in the past,there is still a large number of idle land in various places,which not only causes a waste of resources,but also is not conducive to the sustainable development of economic society in the future.Although the state has issued a series of laws and regulations to guide the management of idle land in recent years,and local governments at all levels have carried out quite effective exploration and practice,the problem of idle land is still widespread,and even occasionally increases,which is difficult to deal with.Considering that the main body of disposing and revitalizing idle land is the government and its functional departments,it is practical and necessary to explore the new way of managing idle land from the perspective of public management.This thesis L urban area as an example,takes the management of idle land in L urban area as the research object,obtains a large number of realistic data through field investigation,literature review,questionnaire and other methods,and comprehensively uses AHP to get the importance of relevant influencing factors in the management of idle land,and further combines the status quo of land utilization in L urban area,basic conditions and main characteristics of idle land.This thesis systematically sums up the main causes of idle land,and analyzes the difficulties existing in the management of idle land by functional departments from multiple dimensions,both from the perspective of macro policy and micro details.In addition,this thesis also summarizes and lists the advanced experience and practices adopted by some other domestic cities in the management of idle land and makes horizontal comparative analysis.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem comprehensively.It emphasizes that the prevention and control at the source of idle land,supervision and disposal,policy improvement,investment optimization and other perspectives as the starting point,and puts forward targeted management measures from various perspectives.In order to further strengthen and improve the management of land resources to bring some enlightenment and help.
