In recent years,due to the high pressure competition in all walks of life,coupled with the impact of environmental factors such as the novel coronavirus epidemic and swine flu,more and more people are in a state of mental sub-health,anxiety is more frequent,and emotions are more likely to fluctuate,which will have a negative impact on work and life and affect the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.Therefore,in the management of state-owned enterprises,more and more enterprises attach importance to the construction of employees’ psychological service system,pay attention to employees’ mental health problems caused by workplace pressure and life pressure,and try to properly intervene and help solve employees’ psychological problems through EAP(Employee Assistance Program).Effectively improve the production efficiency of enterprises.T Company,as a wholly-owned subsidiary of a large state-owned communication enterprise,has undergone many changes and adjustments in its development strategy,organizational structure and main business due to the strategic adjustment and transformation development of the communication industry in recent years.In order to avoid psychological management problems of employees during the changes,it introduced the EAP project in 2018.However,through the practice in recent years,no matter the content,form or mode of EAP,the effect is unsatisfactory.In order to better find out the problems existing in the current EAP implementation status of T company,explore the causes of the problems,formulate targeted management improvement strategies for T company,further cultivate the emotional capital of employees and improve the comprehensive management efficiency of the enterprise,this thesis carries out a series of studies on its EAP implementation.In view of the above important role of Eaps in enterprise development and the psychological problems caused by various pressures of enterprise employees,this thesis adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,and on the basis of the research and learning of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,applies the stress management theory,psychological contract theory,incentive theory,social exchange theory and emotion management theory.The EAP management promotion strategy of T Company is studied.First,the overall situation,implementation status and existing problems of T company’s EAP were investigated.Secondly,problem-oriented,questionnaire survey on EAP implementation satisfaction and employee needs was carried out based on problems,and the main causes of problems existing in T Company’s current EAP implementation process were analyzed in multiple dimensions.Finally,from the content design,form optimization,mode adjustment to study the management promotion strategy,and the development of management promotion strategy safeguard measures.The study found that the following problems existed in the EAP implementation of T company: the lack of pertinent content design,the lack of attractive activity forms,the lack of flexibility in the adoption mode,and the lack of completeness of the guarantee mechanism,resulting in low awareness,participation and satisfaction of employees on Eaps.Focusing on the above problems and reasons,this thesis starts with the determination of objectives and basic principles,and explores and designs the EAP management promotion strategy of T Company,which mainly includes: In terms of content,the design is hierarchical and classified,the form of various carriers is enriched,and the mode is both internal and external.In order to promote the smooth implementation of the EAP management promotion strategy,operational and practical safeguard measures have been developed from the aspects of organization,system,personnel and funds.The above research results are helpful to improve the quality of T Company’s psychological service system construction,thus guaranteeing the physical and mental health of employees,improving their recognition and satisfaction with the organization,promoting employee morale to be transformed into an inexhaustible driving force for enterprise development,and fully stimulating the powerful effectiveness of EAP work in the critical period of enterprise reform and transformation.Establish and form the mutual promotion of employee value and enterprise benefit and achieve a win-win goal.There are 35 figures,6 tables and 84 references in this thesis.
