| In the 21 st century,with the deepening of economic globalization,China’s economic situation has also undergone deeper changes,and economic development has entered a new normal.Under the new normal,the economic development model driven by resources and low costs of enterprises can no longer be sustainable.Only relying on innovation can lead the development,so can the banking industry.At present,China’s large state-owned banks and joint-stock commercial banks have carried out reform and transformation in four aspects,namely,"comprehensive business,light organization,refined service and intelligent product",to varying degrees.From this point of view,higher requirements have been put forward for banking practitioners,especially managers.The reserve talents are the talents with management ability and can replace the existing management personnel reserved by the organization in order to improve the response to future personnel and the development and change of the situation.They are the most valuable and capable group in the bank and the core talents of the bank in the future.If banks want to win in the competition,they must select and cultivate reserve management talents,so as to stimulate the potential of reserve management talents and form strong competitiveness when needed.Therefore,optimizing the training mode and cultivating reserve management talents scientifically and efficiently is an important means for banks to gather core competitiveness.This study takes the training of reserve management talents of Yancheng Branch of Bank of Z as the research object,and the research content is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction,which describes the research background and significance,research content and methods and innovation of this paper,and combs the research status at home and abroad;The second part defines the concept of reserve management personnel training,and puts forward the basic theory on which this study relies;The third part analyzes the current situation of the reserve management talent structure of Yancheng Branch of Bank of Z,summarizes the problems existing in the reserve management talent cultivation of Yancheng Branch of Bank of Z,including the insufficient number of reserve management talents,the irrational structure of reserve management talents,the lack of compound reserve management talents,the unbalanced career development of reserve management talents,and the shortage of reserve management talents for new business,and analyzes the causes of the problems;The fourth part puts forward the strategy of optimizing the training mode of reserve management talents of Yancheng Branch of Bank of Z,including establishing the training and selection mechanism of reserve management talents,establishing the tracking and training mechanism of reserve management talents,improving the construction of the training system of reserve management talents,and establishing the training and evaluation system of reserve management talents;The fifth part emphasizes the organizational,cultural,technical and other aspects of the backup management personnel training needs of Bank Z,Yancheng Branch;The sixth part is the conclusion.I hope this paper can help Bank Z Branch Yancheng optimize the reserve management talent model,and also hope to provide some help and reference for the cultivation of reserve talents in other banks of the same type. |
