Study On The Training And Development Path Of Anhua Badminton Reserve Talents Based On SWOT Analysis Method

Badminton,as a competitive sports advantage in China,plays a pivotal role in helping the Olympic glory winning plan and comprehensively implementing the strategy of sports power development.However,with the rapid rise of other emerging badminton forces,as well as the lack of badminton reserve talents in a series of competitions,China's competitive badminton is facing serious "internal troubles and foreign invasion".As "the cradle of world badminton champions",Anhua has cultivated a large number of outstanding reserve talents represented by Tang Jiuhong,who plays an indispensable role in promoting the sustainable development of competitive badminton in China.1.Based on literature review and expert opinions,the training process of badminton reserve talents in Anhua is divided into four stages,namely,the difficult starting stage,the preliminary development stage,the rapid expansion stage and the continuous improvement stage.2.Through the method of literature and questionnaire survey,this paper studies the current situation of training reserve talents in Anhua badminton competition from the aspects of system,personnel,training and guarantee.On this basis,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and the form of expert scale to make statistics and screening on the main advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by Anhua badminton reserve talents training.The internal advantages are as follows: the policy support given by the government;Training mode adapted to local conditions;A certain reserve of talents;The love and dedication of the coaches.Internal disadvantages are: single source of funds;Single way of material selection;The lack of competition opportunities for reserve talent;The training plan and content are simple.The external opportunities are: the materialized reform of the Badminton Association;The Government is committed to deepening the integration of sports and education;Anhua's rapid economic development;Good badminton crowd foundation.External threats are: low social capital injection;A shortage of professionals and teams;The impact of other emerging projects;The impact of the one-child policy.3.On the basis of the above research,SWOT quantitative analysis is carried out on the training of reserve talents in badminton competitions in Anhua.According to the strategic azimuth ?=7?/9 and the strategic strength coefficient P > 0.5,we can conclude that the training of reserve talents in Anhua badminton competition should choose the strategy of fighting and adopt the strategic path of active development in the future.First,should borrow the good economic development trend,broaden the source of funds channels;Second,deepen the road of physical education integration,broaden the way of reserve talent selection;Third,follow closely the opportunity of the materialized reform of the Badminton Association to promote the rate of reserve talents;Fourthly,we should take the policy of the government to promote the scientific training of reserve talents.
