The 21st century is the knowledge economy time, the human capital, which has already substituted for the material capital of the industry time, now becomes the most important strategic resources. Going public successfully, China Construction Bank will be in direct and omni-directional competition with other advanced banks in more open,standarder and more internationalization market, and will also strive for leaders increasingly intensely. With advanced banks and competitive talented people system and condition, China Construction Bank must raise the brand-new idea for reserve talented people, and use the human assessment technology and method scientifically and reasonably to enable the genuine outstanding people to show their talent, and to seize the talented people in the new turn of competition to establish leading status.This article studies the reserve talented people of leadership personnel in China construction bank. It first analyzes the long-term existing problems of traditional reserve leaders fostering pattern in China Construction Bank. The it emphasizes the theory tools on psychology surveying, management science, statistics to discuss and analyze the competency model construct of the reserve talented people, development design of assessment center technology, and analysis processing result. And finally it proposes the improvement plan for the reserve talented people, to provide the implementation reference for the reserve talented people in China Construction Bank.
