As the core resource of an enterprise,reserve management talents are the source of competitive advantage and unique competitive tool.If the enterprises want to catch up with the pace of the times,they must have a steady stream of reserve management talents.At the same time,as the main force of future enterprises,reserve management talents will play a huge role in the future.This requires the enterprises to cultivate reserve management talents in a long-term perspective,develop a perfect training mechanism,and make reserve management talents play an important role as soon as possible.As a leading Chinese medical equipment manufacturer,WEGO group co.,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as WG company)is mainly engaged in medical equipments,finance,real estate,hotel management,tourism and catering.In recent years since its establishment,the company’s annual operating revenue has exceeded 40 billion yuan,especially in the past five years,the annual growth of operating revenue has nearly doubled.With the rapid development of the company,the problem of lack of talents,especially the lack of management talents has become increasingly apparent.How to train management talents for enterprise quickly and shorten their growth time will become a key factor for WG company to break through the hundred billion goal.Therefore,the research on the training mode of WG company’s reserve management talents has both important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the way of interview research is used to interview the employees who have participated in the training of reserve management talents and been promoted in WG company,as well as their direct leaders and leaders in charge.The original materials of more than 100000 words are collected and sorted out,and the three-level coding of the original materials of interview records is adopted by grounded theory,and the problems existing in the training of reserve management talents in WG company at this stage are summarized as follows: first,after The training objectives of reserve management personnel are divorced from the actual work.The second is that the training of reserve management personnel is not systematic and systematic.The third is that the training of back management personnel is not subdivided into posts and talents.In view of the above problems,the author designed the general reserve management personnel training mode,excellent reserve management personnel training mode and elite reserve management personnel training mode.According to the different abilities of reserve management talents and different target positions,the three models adopt different training methods respectively,which can teach students in accordance with their aptitude,develop differently,and improve the growth speed and post matching degree of talents.Finally,the author also discusses the organizational guarantee,capital guarantee and corporate culture guarantee needed for the implementation of the above three training modes,through which the reserve management personnel training mode can be carried out smoothly.This paper is divided into six parts..The first part is the introduction,which describes the background,significance,theoretical review and research content of the research.The second part is related to the theoretical basis,mainly on talent training theory and reserve management theory.The third part introduces the current situation,existing problems and the influence of the problems on the development of WG company.The fourth part discusses the improvement of the training mode of WG company’s reserve management talents.The fifth part discusses the implementation guarantee of WG company’s reserve management personnel training mode,and demonstrates the support needed for personnel training from three aspects of organization,capital and corporate culture.The sixth part is conclusion and prospect.WG company is a leading private enterprise in the production of medical consumables in China.This paper aims to make an exploration on the training mode of reserve management talents.Its conclusion has great reference value in this industry,and also provides some inspiration for the training of reserve management talents in other private enterprises.
