With the rapid development of urban economy,the pace of urban construction is also gradually accelerated.In the process of urban construction,especially the construction of real estate projects and various large-scale infrastructure projects,a large amount of construction waste and engineering muck are generated.In this context,muck transport industry activities are becoming more and more frequent.However,the rapid development of the muck industry has not brought about the modernization of the management mode of related enterprises.On the contrary,non-standard business behavior has also caused a lot of social management problems,which has attracted great attention from the society.These problems are caused by the simple management mode and extensive operation mode of muck transportation enterprises.Under the background of fine management advocated by the whole society,the operation and management mode of traditional muck transport enterprises has seriously restricted the further development of enterprises.The basic staff of muck transport enterprises mainly refers to muck truck drivers.Because the managers have not kept pace with The Times,the backward management mode is used in performance management,which leads to many problems such as frequent violations of rules and regulations in the daily driving process of grassroots staff,and breaking trust with customers in the operation process.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system for truck drivers,so as to improve customer satisfaction and transportation efficiency of the company and increase the market competitiveness of the company.Compared with traditional performance evaluation tools,BSC can be evaluated from financial dimensions,customer dimensions,internal operation dimensions,learning and growth dimensions.It can not only help enterprises solve the problems existing in the current operation and development process,but also support enterprises to constantly improve and improve their own operation and management mode.This paper takes muck Transportation Company T as the research object and deeply studies the performance appraisal system of truck drivers in this enterprise.First of all,I studied the theories and methods related to performance appraisal,and mainly studied and sorted out the application of balanced scorecard in performance appraisal,which laid a foundation for the following research.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal of truck drivers in T Company,and grasps the existing problems and shortcomings through questionnaire survey.Based on the balanced scorecard,the performance evaluation system of truck drivers in T Company is constructed from four dimensions: finance,customer,internal operation,learning and growth.Thirdly,through the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation system indicators,to ensure the scientific distribution of indicators and the objectivity of evaluation.Finally,I detailed the implementation plan of the performance appraisal system to ensure the effective implementation of the system.From a practical point of view,this paper uses balanced scorecard to construct the performance appraisal system for drivers of T muck Transportation Company,in order to promote the orderly development of the company,improve the management level of the company,and provide reference for transportation enterprises in the same industry. |
