| Digital creative industry is a green and sustainable development industry with science and technology,and culture and art as input and economic value and cultural influence as output.In recent years,the state has introduced a series of policies to encourage the development of digital creative industry,and the role of digital creative industry in promoting consumption,stabilizing employment and driving sustainable economic development has become more and more prominent.As one of the most active economic regions in China,the development of Yangtze River Delta region is closely related to the digital creative industry.Although promoted by both policy and human factors,the digital creative industry in Yangtze River Delta region has developed rapidly and formed a regional innovation ecosystem.However,under a prosperous development scenario,problems such as imbalance in regional development of the industry,insufficient high-quality products and difficulty in breaking through key technologies still exist.In order to further promote the development of digital creative industry in Yangtze River Delta region,this paper carries out a study on digital creative industry in Yangtze River Delta region,aiming to promote the high-quality development of digital creative industry.This paper firstly composes the current situation of domestic and international research and relevant theoretical foundation.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the development of digital creative industry in the Yangtze River Delta region and identifies the advantages and opportunities as well as some possible problems in the development of digital creative industry at present.Thirdly,a system dynamics approach is adopted to construct an SD model of the innovation ecosystem of digital creative industry in the Yangtze River Delta region,which includes influencing factors such as regional integration and the trend of decentralization,and the validity of the model is tested.Finally,on the basis of ensuring the reliability of the model,five simulation scenarios of independent innovation,demand pull,service catalysis,decentralization promotion and policy guidance were designed,and the influence of factors concerning enterprises,demand,government,environment and service institutions on the operation of the system was analysed in detail.The paper also considers the impact of various factors and their combinations on the system operation when designing the simulation scenarios,so that the design of the simulation scenarios is more in line with the actual situation.The study shows that(1)the five simulation scenarios of independent innovation,demand-pull,service catalysis,decentralization promotion and policy guidance can promote the increase of the output of the innovation ecosystem of digital creative industries.(2)Different implementation strengths of the programs have different impacts on system operation.In general,increasing the parameters of the simulation scheme regulation factor increases the innovation output of the system.(3)Different types of simulation programs have different effects.Specifically,the autonomous innovation scenario has the strongest contribution to the innovation output of the system,followed by the service catalytic scenario.The policy-led scenario promotes better than the decentralized promotion scenario until 2029,but the decentralized promotion scenario is better after 2029.The demand-pull scenario has a weaker promotion effect.(4)The promotion effect of the combined program is significantly better than that of the single program.Combining the research findings and the current situation of digital creative industry development this paper puts forward the suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of digital creative industry in Yangtze River Delta region from three aspects: enterprises,consumers and relevant service institutions. |
