The geographical distribution of the manufacturing sector, as the result of free flow and allocation of production factors, is inevitable happening in geographic distribution under the marketization. Since industrial cluster can promote economic development and regional competitiveness, the urban economics and regional economics is becoming an important research topic.Yangtze River Delta region is an important carrier of the regional economy of China, the combined effect is more obvious than China's other regions. Since the reform and opening up, Yangtze River Delta economic circle, led by Shanghai, witnessed a boom. However, since the end of last century, the spatial pattern of economic development in the Yangtze River Delta has undergone significant change, Shanghai's leading position is facing challenge. In this paper, choose agglomeration in Yangtze River Delta changes in the economy as a starting point, in order to understand the trajectory of the Yangtze River Delta industrial transfer and industrial adjustment factors.Firstly, making a literature review on new economic geography, theoretically prepared for the framework for the thesis and research. Secondly, testing the combined effect of the Yangtze River Delta, through the Computing Technology Industry concentration and the EG index, found that generally the degree of agglomeration increases and clustering analysis showed that high levels of agglomeration of the Yangtze River Delta and the industry shifted in decade, this results from Shanghai's advantage of the industrial structure, and most of the original transfer to a better economy, such as Hangzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing and other places. The next analysis of the typical three-digit industry, a preliminary understanding of the industrial transference of industry characteristics:their endowments, government policies aimed at self-support, transportation and communication to improve the promotion of market integration. However, during the integration process of the domestic market, there are some factors impeding factor mobility, it may be the failure of government policy. In the market economy, vendors will pursue their own interests to maximize the optimal allocation of resources.
