Research On The Level Of Integration Development Of Agriculture And Logistics Industry And Its Influencing Factors In Alar City Of The First Division Of The Corps

To revitalize the countryside,the three industries must be integrated.The 14 th Five-Year Plan proposes to strengthen the construction of storage and preservation facilities for agricultural products and cold-chain logistics,improve the socialized service system for the agricultural logistics industry,and guarantee the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The high-quality development of agriculture cannot be separated from the support of modern logistics industry.The high-quality integrated development of agriculture and logistics industry is not only conducive to the effective supply of agricultural means of production and the preservation and appreciation of agricultural products,but also an inevitable requirement to realize the high-quality development of agriculture and promote the process of agricultural and rural modernization.Affected by history,location,resources and other factors,Alar City of the First Division of the XPCC is an economically underdeveloped area on the whole,and the basic position of agriculture is more prominent.However,the logistics infrastructure is relatively weak and the development of agricultural logistics industry is relatively slow,which is difficult to meet the needs of rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.Therefore,to promote the high-quality development of agriculture through the development of modern logistics industry is the key task of the current agricultural and rural work of the First Division of the Corps in Alar City.Based on industrial integration theory,agricultural modernization theory and grey system theory,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of agriculture,logistics industry and the integration development of the two industries in Alar City of the First Division,explores the mutual influence and integration principle of agriculture and logistics,and according to the macro data,The integration degree and evolution trend of agriculture and logistics industry in Alar City of the first Division were calculated by comprehensive evaluation method and coupling coordination degree model,and the influencing factors of the integration development of agriculture and logistics industry were analyzed by grey correlation analysis model.At the same time,on the basis of field research,summed up the experience and problems of agricultural logistics industry integration development mode,such as the leading type of agricultural enterprise,logistics enterprise leading type and comprehensive development type,finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The agricultural development level of the first Division Alar City ranks the first in the Corps,the agricultural output value accounts for a relatively high,the basic position of agriculture is prominent,the problem of difficult sales of agricultural products has existed for a long time,more need of logistics industry service guarantee;(2)With the deepening of integrated development of agriculture and logistics industry,under the mutual influence and promotion of agriculture and logistics industry,the comprehensive development level index of the two industries showed an upward trend,but both were lower than the national average level;(3)The development of agriculture and logistics industry has entered the intermediate stage of integration,which obviously promotes the high quality development of agriculture and the process of agricultural modernization.However,the relative lag of logistics industry limits the deepening of the integration degree of agriculture and logistics industry.(4)The results of grey correlation analysis show that the factors affecting the integrated development of agriculture and logistics industry are more complex.Among them,improving the level of economic development is the only way to the integrated development of agriculture and logistics industry,resource input is the material basis of the integrated development of agriculture and logistics industry,and expanding the market scale is the main guarantee of the integrated development of agriculture and logistics industry.Policy support is the necessary support for the integrated development of agriculture and logistics industry.(5)The weak cold chain service technology and infrastructure lead to increased cost and slow efficiency of the industrial chain,and cannot guarantee the timeliness of the circulation of agricultural products,which has also become a major obstacle to the development of agricultural modernization.In view of the problems and research results,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: first,strengthen the overall planning of industrial integration,and do a good job in the top-level design of logistics development;Second,strengthen the foundation of social and economic development and promote the in-depth integrated development of the two industries;Third,improve the construction of industrial infrastructure,focus on the logistics development of the weak link;Fourthly,pay attention to the introduction and training of professional talents,to meet the needs of composite talents of the two industries;Fifth,accelerate the process of industrial digital transformation and improve the efficiency of integrated development of the two industries;Sixth,strengthen the government support and control efforts,create the integration of the two industries system guarantee.
