Theoretical And Empirical Research Of Agricultural Modernization Promoted By Agriculture Modern Service Industry

China has stepped into the intermediate stage of industrialization and urbanization development, Beijing and Shanghai have entered the post-industrial stage. But the contradiction of agricultural modernization seriously lagging behind the industrialization and urbanization is still outstanding. Entered a new period, the fast development of industrialization and urbanization demands synchronized promotion of agricultural modernization more urgently. The agricultural modernization lag in our country is largely due to the backwardness of modern agricultural service system. The current national condition and crop condition of our country have determined that the agricultural modernization in our country still needs to insist on household management pattern mainly. Combine the decentralized household management with the advantages of agricultural services to form a dynamic rural management system. This is a fundamental problem should be solved in order to adhere to a agricultural modernization road with Chinese characteristics. Promoting the modernization of agriculture with agricultural services has become the basic direction of agricultural modernization in our country. It is a realistic choice to realize interaction of workers and peasants, industry coordination, and urban-rural development and it plays an important role in increasing the farmers’ income and ensuring food security.Selecting Beijing as a specific case study, this paper is focused on building an agricultural modernization pattern that can adapt to new situation. This channel absorbs external energy and material in an open loop path, which is different from the traditional internal closed loop channel depending on agriculture to develop culture. Among them, the agricultural modern service industry just acts as a key channel to absorb external material and energy.This channel connects industry, service industry and agriculture to promote industrial convergence and mutual benefit. It is the channel to realize benign mutual benefit and reciprocity in industrialization and urbanization as well as promoting the synchronized development of agricultural modernization.Firstly, this paper systematically elaborates the domestic and foreign research tendency of agriculture modern service industry and agriculture modernization, and made a brief evaluation and summarize on basic theory of agriculture service industry and agriculture service industry promoting agricultural modernization, laying a theoretical basis for further discussion later.Secondly, Beijing agricultural modern service industry development has started to produce results. Beijing agricultural development has entered a new stage of multi-function development. Ecology, life service and other service function have become become the main orientation of agricultural development in Beijing gradually. At present, there are about eight service types, including agricultural science and technology service, seed service, agriculture financial service, modern agriculture information, agriculture sightseeing, the transference and training of rural labor force and intermediary service in Beijing agricultural modern service industry. With the development of the market, new technology and the needs of industrial convergence, agricultural modern service industry will emerge more newer types. Agricultural modern service industry development has produced results, presents the trend of agricultural socialized service organizations diversification, service content diversity, service sector expansion, service form difference.Thirdly, the empirical analysis shows that agricultural financial service, agricultural science and technology service of Beijing are related to the level of agricultural modernization, and the traditional land input and agricultural labor force are negatively related to the agricultural modernization level. The importance that labour and land play in supporting role to the development of agricultural modernization of Beijing declines.The dependency on the elements of labor and natural resource in the traditional way of agricultural growth potential have gradually weakened. The development way of Labor-intensive type and resource-demanding type is no longer suitable for agricultural development in Beijing, Beijing modern agriculture has more and more high requirement to capital and technical services.According to the research conclusion, the article puts forward some relevant policy recommendationstry to guide the development of modern agricultural in Beijing in practice. There are3main conclusions in this paper. Firstly, through detailed analysis of the present situation of modern agricultural service in Beijing, it sums up that Beijing has formed a new agricultural socialized service system, combined public welfare service with operating service, and special services with comprehensive coordinated service; The expandingAgricultural service areas promotes the upgrading of the urban modern agriculture. But theinnovation develop system of agricultural serviceis not perfect.Poor weak synergies in organization collaboration within agricultural socialization service system is still outstanding. Secondly, using factor analysis method to measure the development level of agricultural modernization in Beijing, and regress the related index of agricultural modernization comprehensive level and modern agricultural service in Beijing, founding that rural financial service, agricultural science and technology service of Beijing are related to the level of agricultural modernization, and the traditional landinput and agricultural labor force are negatively related to the agricultural modernization level. The importance that labour and land playin supporting role to the development of agricultural modernization of Beijingdeclines.Based on the above research conclusion, this article puts forward three main recommendations. First, the innovation of science and technology service for Beijing agricultural modernization provides the core power; Second, industrial convergence opens mind and creates a new situation in Beijing agricultural modernization; Third,perfecttheagricultural modern servicedevelopment industrysystem, providing strong support for Beijing agricultural modernization.
