| The development of personal consumption credit business can effectively reduce residents’ consumption constraints,stimulate domestic demand growth and stimulate economic development.Therefore,in recent years,China has also paid more attention to the development of personal consumption credit business and encouraged commercial banks to vigorously develop personal consumption credit business.Commercial banks vigorously develop personal consumer credit business,which also drives the overall growth of retail business of commercial banks.Increasing the proportion of consumer credit business can improve the bank’s operating efficiency and reduce operating risks.However,under the development mode of the personal consumption credit business of traditional commercial banks,due to human resources and technical problems,it is difficult to achieve rapid improvement of the personal consumption credit business.However,with the rapid development of Internet finance,cloud computing,big data and the Internet and other means achieve the mass development mode of personal consumption credit business,simplify business processes,reduce business costs,and bring a large number of potential personal customers to commercial banks.Therefore,the development of personal consumption credit business under the current Internet financial model has been paid more and more attention by commercial banks,but the development concept of personal consumption credit business of traditional commercial banks has been unable to adapt to the development ideas under the Internet concept,so it is urgent for traditional commercial banks to update and optimize the concept of personal consumption credit business development.Studying the development of personal consumption credit business of commercial banks from the perspective of Internet finance is of great practical significance for commercial banks to optimize the development concept of personal consumption credit business.This paper takes Bank A as the research object of the development of personal consumption credit business,analyzes the outstanding problems in the development of Bank A’s personal consumption credit business from the perspective of Internet finance,and helps Bank A use Internet finance thinking to promote the development of personal consumption credit business,Firstly,it briefly summarizes the basic concepts of personal consumption credit and Internet finance,as well as the impact of Internet finance on the development of personal consumption credit business of commercial banks;Then it elaborates the development of Bank A’s personal consumption credit business,analyzes the development of Bank A’s personal consumption credit business,focuses on the problems and reasons in the current development of Bank A’s personal consumption credit business through questionnaires and interviews,and then analyzes the countermeasures that Bank A should take in the future under the Internet perspective and gives its own reasonable suggestions.Through this study,it is found that Bank A is still lagging behind in its business philosophy,cumbersome in its system process,slow in the promotion of Internet technology,and short of Internet professionals in the development of personal consumer credit business.In the face of the above problems,it is suggested that Bank A should adjust its business philosophy,simplify its business process,accelerate the promotion and application of Internet technology and focus on the training of Internet finance professionals;At the same time,Bank A needs to provide guarantee for the transformation and development of its personal consumption credit business in terms of organizational structure,technical support and corporate culture construction,so as to truly achieve business transformation,win the market and customers,and constantly adapt to the needs of consumers for Internet financial products and services.I hope that through the research on the development of Bank A’s personal consumption credit business,I can provide feasible suggestions for Bank A’s personal consumption credit business development in the perspective of Internet finance,and I hope that this research can provide reference for the development of other commercial banks’ personal consumption credit business. |
